Rubber “DD” style fenders have become increasingly popular due to the high versatility and excellent impact absorption properties they offer. The hollow core of our fenders enable them to offer higher rates of compression compared to similar solid fenders. This enables our fenders to protect against both large and small vessels and vehicles without deteriorating. We manufacture and supply a wide range of “DD” fenders from 20mm up to 500mm. This ensures that you can always get the perfect protection tailored to your specific application.

Rubber “DO” style fenders share an almost identical structural design to their “DD” counterparts. Unlike the “DD” fenders however, these fenders feature a cylindrical bore that provides them with some unique properties. The inner bore of these fenders are typically smaller in size, which results in more rubber being used in manufacturing. As you can see from the table below the “DO” style fenders offer superior energy and reaction results. The extra material comes at the cost of additional weight, which many not be suitable for smaller sea vessels. It is important to consider how you will mount these fenders as both styles require their own installation processes.

We manufacture our extruded rubber D fenders from a natural rubber/SBR compound. This compound provides our fenders with superior physical properties while also maintaining good resistance. Featuring a high tensile strength value, our fenders can protect against a wide variety of impacts. Delta D fenders utilise a more angled design compared to our standard D fender profiles. The angular design coupled with the larger bore allows for higher rates of compression. This enables our delta fenders to absorb both small and large impacts with minimal surface contact.

TPE fenders are highly sought after in a number of industries due to the excellent non-marking properties the material provides. When used in parking bays, marinas and jetties our fenders can protect against impacts, while preserving the appearance of your vehicle or sea vessel. We can manufacture TPE fenders in a wider range of colours and shore hardnesses compared to standard rubber. We can also fabricate corner pieces, provide angle cuts and hole drilling to assist with installation.
