Welcome to our D&G Travel brochure, giving you an insight into a selection of independent companies that we work with, along with hotels and destinations we have travelled to.

D&G Travel was formed by Darren Morris-Spruce and Gillian Luxon in 2006. Our fi rst offi ce opened in Henley on Thames and is located in New Street, while our Marlow offi ce is situated at 65 High Street and opened in March 2015.

We are dedicated to bringing new ideas to the travel industry and especially travel arrangement planning. We have travelled extensively and have over 60 years’ combined experience in the travel industry and have been very fortunate to have experienced some of the fi nest hotels and destinations in the world. In doing so we have made many valuable contacts worldwide and this has proved to be a benefi cial asset to our discerning clients, giving us the knowledge to source and provide what other agents cannot and thereby enabling us to offer you the very best in choice, experience and service.

THE ANASSA, CyprusThis hotel is, I would say, one of the best on the island that I have stayed in. It sits in the little town of Polis, an hour from Paphos. Though you are quite cut off, the hotel offers everything you need from Spa treatments to watersports and the food was just exceptional. The beach is a wonderful long stretch with crystal clear warm waters in the summer months. All in all luxury at its best in Cyprus.

On dive site at the hotel and you are only minutes from Grand Baie for shopping and dining out. SONEVA KIRI, ThailandSet on its own island of Koh Kood, some 60 minutes fl ight from Bangkok, a complete Robinson Crusoe experience. Brad Pitt was checking out of his own villa here as I checked in. It’s very rustic and bare foot luxury, ‘no news no shoes Thai style’. My man Friday (the butler) is at your beck and call 24/7. A real chill-out property, and all with private pools.

THE ALMYRA, Cyprus One of the Thanos Group of Hotels situated within walking distance of the harbour town of Paphos. Young families are very well catered for here, offering a ’baby go lightly service’, so on arrival you have all you need travelling with an infant. The food was exceptional especially the Notios restaurant offering a mixture of Mediterranean combined with Japan, most unusual and inventive. You also have other choices on dining, even waterfront.
