B2B Communication& Collaboration are
Mission Critical.
And Yet...
The Evolution OfCommunication Technology
Has Only Been Able To Take Inter-Company Collaboration
So Far...
INTEROPERABILITY WAS INEVITABELL

CUTTING ACROSS INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL
BUSINESS SILOS
For all they have to offer, Telephone and Emailcan only provide dispersed, out-of-context
communications and data.
But in the enterprise, everything we do has tobe always "within context", some context.
And yet...
94%still use phone, email &
Fax as their mostcommon B2B Solution,
even in tightlyinterdependent business
networks like supplychain ecosystems.

Most are one or two-feature apps. This forces
companies to implement acomplex cloud cocktail.
But more importantly...
So, Are Current Online"Collaboration" Apps
The In-Context Solution?
Most were designed and optimized for'Teamwork'. It's just easier to build silos.

Their focus on 'teamwork' also jeopardizes securityin B2B work engagements.
B2B inter-company solutions should provide anaffordable and easy-to-implement merging of yourSystems of Engagement and Systems of Record.
They should also be as efficient as currentconsumer social networks and as secure as the
enterprise requires.
Welcome To FLOWFICIENCY!
Knowledge-centered businesses, teams and professionalsthat are aware of their need for a formal method tocoordinate, document and analyze their work with vendorsand clients.
Relying on email, phone calls, and IM as their main systemof internal and external engagement as these integrationlayers can only provide dispersed, out-of-context data thatis hard to integrate with their systems of record.
Powerful network of networks collaboration infrastructure
Efficiently interconnect their operations to their businessnetworks ecosystem through an affordable and easy toimplement SaaS online web interface (bCommunities.com)and/or our Ecosystem as a Service platform and API.
Current collaboration online apps designed for teammanagement through, often, limited capabilities and one-to-many, siloed productivity hubs.

But his last, quick email check shows an unwelcome turnof events. Matt must request 300MB-worth of audio filesfrom a vendor in Melbourne and turn it in to his client in
Atlanta within the next seven hours.
Matt sets it all up and leaves the officeright on schedule. The next day, he sees amessage from the client thanking him forhis hard work.
How did he pull that off?
It's 5PM on a Friday, and Matt is about to shutdown and head out for the weekend.
WorkflowAutomation
Your client and vendor can't know the other even exists.
The solution must be affordable for you and free for bothof them.
Neither of them are familiar with the technology.
It must leave an audit trail for the three parties in theirown secured environment and on their emails, includingreplies.
You cannot train your client at all on how to use it.
Instructions to your vendor MUST fit in a single Tweet.
How would YOU do it if...?
So, how did Matt do it?
WorkflowAutomation
First Matt created an external LightEdition (free) account for his clientAll he needed was his contact's email address.
If your client does not have an account inbCommunities, we'll create one that's freeforever for their organization to work withyours.

Then created his project
Assigned a task to his vendor
He could have created a Flowback Project andfirst task by choosing his client as the owner ofthe project. In this case he started a regularproject.
With a click of a button he created a newaccount for the vendor and he assigned him tothe first task in the project. The vendor got afirst email just like the client did.

Then created a dependent task
WorkflowAutomation
Dependent tasks start when the previous task iscompleted (unless owner set auto-reschedulingoff for it). An Activation email notification is sentto the resource and project manager.
Source files from predecesorHe assigns the new task called "Download the files" to hisclient. Matt instructs the client through the task to pickup the files from the task Activation email.
#5TASK A DELIVERED
The task activation notification is sent automatically assoon as the previous task resource uploads his files to theDeliverables section and Completes the task.
None of them saw each other because they were notsharing tasks at all.
Matt was sound asleep as all this was happening.

Just like the telephone interface evolved over time,bCommunities.com will add mission-critical elements tothe needs of value networks' interactions.
Just getting started. Join the interoperability journey.
Our Platform as a Service (PaaS) offering also allows integratorsand organizations to grow their clients' and their business by...
- Developing their own app interfaces on top our ecosystem enablementplatform.
- Integrating bCommunities with their current systems.
- Creating white label solutions for their own verticals.- Interfacing bCommunities with other cloud solutions through APIs.
Email, telephone and IM will never go away in the enterprise, but theirmain current role as the integration layer for inter-companycommunication will be replaced by interconnected business networkinfrastructures.
These early technologies will become auxiliary to the new platformsand contextualized by them. But this will only happen if the newinterconnected tools can offer frictionless distribution, are affordable toall and are easy to adopt.
Just like the early siloed telephone hubs quickly became obsolete withthe emergence of switchboard-enabled networks, the current onlinecollaboration tools will be replaced by the next evolutionary level ofefficiency: interconnectivity.
The inevitable appearance and rise of these ecosystem-level platformswill render current collaboration app incumbents irrelevant or willforce them to produce duct-tape adaptations to their core software, database and interfaces.
