Extended Mobile Workplace Service iOS device enrollment guide

AirWatch app setup 1.  Open link from AirWatch email or go to awagent.com using Safari browser. The

alternative way to install Air-Watch agent is to get it directly from Apple App Store 2.  Select Download AirWatch MDM Agent if application is not installed on your device. 3.  You will be redirected to the App Store. Select Install (or cloud button if you at least

once installed Agent using your AppleID).

10.  Safari window will open and start profile configuration process. As soon as the MDM profile is downloaded tap Install.

11.  Tap Install to confirm the installation. 12.  If prompted enter your iPad passcode (that you normally use to unlock your device)

7.  Select appropriate device ownership and tap Next. •  Corporate – Dedicated (default) if the device is provided by ABB and you are the sole

user. •  Corporate - Shared if the device is ABB provided and shared with other users. •  Employee - Owned if the device is your private property.

8.  Read and Accept Terms of Use. 9.  Tap Redirect & Enable on next screen

16.  When enrollment is complete tap Go to Company Website and tap Dismiss in top right corner.

17.  Create a passcode for the AirWatch Agent app and tap Create. 18.  Enrollment is finished and you should see current status of your device.

13.  Read MDM Terms of Use and to accept it tap Install. 14.  Accept Remote Management by taping Trust. 15.  When profile is installed tap Done.

Depending on your assigned User Group(s), more then one profile might be pushed to your device. The installation procedure is the same as in steps 10 to 12.

Note: New apps such Enterprise App Catalog, Bookstore and Self-Service should begin appearing on your home screen automatically. Internal applications will be automatically pushed to your device based on your personal profile. You will be prompted to confirm installation of public apps.
