REACTIVEUlti Group will provide reactive servicing and maintenance on a non contractual basis. If you have a breakdown or malfunction our service team will respond to your needs. We will be able to rectify most faults with one call-out, as our service vans are equipped with a comprehensive range of spare parts - if the repair cannot be completed, the doorway will be left in a safe and secure position until service can be completed.

Preventative Maintenance

WHAT IT INVOLVESOur maintenance programme is carried out by periodic inspections of your doors; the actual timeframe calculated on the type, age and usage of the doors involved. The service work is completed by our specialist door technicians at the time frames predetermined by your site. After each service a report is prepared which contains detailed information on the condition of your doors, alerts as to upcoming repairs and recommended upgrades for your consideration and approval. In the initial service contract a service value is determined, with additional approval sought for any works outside the scope of this service.
