    Welcome to Expression: Fall Caba-ret. It has been an absolute honor to

    work with your son or daughter whilepreparing tonight's collection of music,drama, dance and art.Our production features22 student actors, sing-ers, dancers and instru-mentalists. They haveworked together tocreate their own scripts,

    lighting designs, cos-tuming, set designs andstaging prompts inorder to share theirartistic prowess withthe community, faculty,and student body.

    Artistic expression is an invalu-able part of our students education

    and growth. The fall production hasallowed our students to express them-selves through art, while also explor-ing many of our common emotions. Itis our hope that activities such as ourfall productions and spring musicalsentice students to participate in thearts and will continue to build a strong

    MELISSA ECKELBECKER is a sopho-

    more and is excited about her

    second year in the East PennsboroDrama Department. Last year,

    Melissa performed in the musical

    Beauty and the Beast. She was alsoinvolved in other plays, such as the

    Aesop Fables in the fifth grade.Melissa is member of the East Pennsboro High School

    chorus and is taking voice lessons to develop her

    singing talents. In tonights show, Melissa will be

    performing Andrew Lloyd Webbers Think of Me,

    from The Phantom of the Opera.KAYCEE VARNER is a senior at East

    Pennsboro and is excited to take

    part for her fourth fall production.

    Kaycee is a member of the Drama

    Club, French Club, and a part of the

    East Pennsboro High School Chorus.

    Kaycee has been involved in many

    productions here at the high school

    such as The Mouse That Roared, Pirates of Penzance,and Beauty and the Beast. In tonights performance,Kaycee will be opening the show with (Life is a)

    Cabaret, from the musical production Cabaret.I would like to dedicate this performance to my familyand best friend Kaeleigh, for helping me practice andalways supporting me. Love you guys! XOXOMARISSA FLEAGLE is a very active

    member in the East Pennsboro

    Drama Department. Tonight she

    will be returning to the stage to

    perform I Can hear the Bells

    from the Broadway musical Hair-spray. Marissa, a junior, has beeninvolved in numerous productions

    here at East Pennsboro; Annie,Guys and Dolls, Secret Garden, Beauty & the Beast, andFootloose!Marissa has also been involved in produc-tions outside of the school, such as, Les Miserables,many church plays, she was the student stage manager

    for Beauty and the Beast Jr. at Youth for Christ, andshe plays with the Popcorn Hat Players. In her free

    time, Marissa is involved in dance classes, vocal les-sons, and theater classes. She is also a HOBY Alumni,

    in student council, French club, National Honor Society,

    the chorus manager, and the alto section leader in her

    high school chorus.

    I would like to dedicate my performance to Mom, Gary,Carina Bolton, and Lisa McIntyre. Thanks to all of youfor being so supportive. I love you!

    KAYLA VANORMER is new to the

    East Pennsboro High School Drama

    Department. As a freshman, Kaylais involved in swimming, track and

    field, and chorus. Kaylas past

    theatrical and stage experience

    includes a lead in Pollyannawhenshe was ten years old and singing

    solos in chorus. Tonight, Kayla will be performing

    Trouble, a cover of the NeverShoutNever song.

    CHRIS NEENAN is a freshman and

    is excited to make his debut in the

    Drama Department at East Penns-boro. Chris will be performing Try

    to Remember from the longest

    running musical in history TheFantasticks. Chris previous experi-ence in the theater has been

    starring as the Beast in Beauty andthe Beast, Jr. and in Les Miserables. Chris is active inextracurricular activities such as boy scouts, venture

    scouts, soccer, the high school chorus, and drama club.

    CHLOE MCINTYRE is no stranger to

    the East Pennsboro Drama Depart-

    ment. In her final year at East

    Pennsboro, Chloe will be perform-

    ing two acts in the Expressions.

    She will be singing Gimme,

    Gimme from Thoroughly ModernMillieand singing For Good fromthe Broadway show Wicked withher sister Paige. Chloe is very active with the drama

    department. Last year, Chloe starred as Belle in Beauty

    and the Beast. In past years, she has also been Urleenin Footloose!, a featured dancer in Pirates of Penzance,Grace in her 6th grade production of Annie Jr., she wasin the Will Rogers Follies, Oklahoma!, and Hello Dolly.She is currently the assistant choreographer for HonkJr., and the choreographer for Beauty and the Beast Jr.Chloe is also heavily involved in school activities. She

    is the president of student council, the treasurer of

    builders club, she is in the National Honor Society,

    Environment club, French club, Chorus, SADD club, and

    is a member of the Christian Life Assembly Youthgroup.

    I would like to thank Carina for the endless opportuni-ties! Love you!

    WHOS WHOHANNAH MASON is a sophomore at

    East Pennsboro High School. Last

    year, Hannah took part in Beautyand the Beast and has been in-volved in miming and other skits.

    She is very involved in extracur-

    ricular activities at the high school

    as well as in the community. She is

    a member of the Drama club, chorus, youth group,

    PMEA, Sweet Soundsations, dance, Ignite, and the

    drama team. Tonight, Hannah will be performing Love

    Me by J.J. Heller.

    I dedicated this performance to the ones I love dearly,including my sister Jess. Thank you Mom and Dad forletting me pour my heart out in doing what I do best.And thank you Mom for encouraging me to take everystep further in life.JOSH BECHTEL is returning to the

    stage this year with the Theater

    Arts class in their one act produc-

    tion of Stephen Greggs The ZeroSum Mind. Josh was a part of thedrama departments production of

    Beauty and the Beast last year. Hehas also been in several Easter

    dramas at his church. Josh takes part in marching band

    in the pit as a percussionist, as well as Italian club, and

    is involved with his youth group.

    I dedicate this performance to my sister, Becky and mybest friend, who is like a sister, Whitney. Thanks guys.Love ya.EMILY OSBORNE is returning to the

    East Pennsboro Drama Department

    as a senior this year. She has beeninvolved with each musical produc-

    tion at the high school, including

    the Pirates of Penzance, Foot-loose!, and Beauty and the Beast.Emily is a member of the marching

    band, chorus, indoor percussion, and jazz band. She is

    the treasurer of the Drama club and is a member of the

    SADD club. Tonight she will be performing Scherzo by

    Felix Mendelssohn.

    I would like to dedicate this performance to Gramy O.,with whom music would not besuch an important part of my life.PAIGE MCINTYRE is new to the

    high school drama department, but

    is no stranger to the stage. Paige

    was involved in musical produc-

    tions during middle school, such

    as, Hello Dollyand the Will Rogers Follies. A freshman,she is involved in basketball, flag football, student

    council, inner club council, French club, the StudentAdvisory Board, she is Freshman class president, she is

    in chorus, and involved in her churchs youth group. For

    the fall cabaret, Paige will be singing Defying Gravity

    from the musical Wickedand will be performing a duetwith her sister, Chloe. They will be performing For

    Good from the musical Wicked.Id like to thank my Mom for being my best friend andsupporting me in everything I do.RACHEL KREIGER, a sophomore,

    will be returning to the stage toperform an oboe duet with Mrs.

    McIntyre in tonights fall cabaret.

    Rachel is involved in band, soccer,

    cross country, Spanish club, and

    GAA. Last year, Rachel performed

    in the musical pit for the high

    schools production of Beauty andthe Beast.

    DESIREE GINN, a senior at East

    Pennsboro, will be performing

    tonight with her theater arts class.

    She will take part in the one act

    play The Zero Sum Mind byStephen Gregg. In the past, De-

    siree has been a part of the chorus

    and was in the production of Anniein middle school.

    I would like to dedicate this performance to my Mom.ETHAN FREEMAN has been taking

    part in the East Pennsboro Drama

    Department for the last four years.Last year, Ethan starred as Lum-

    iere in Beauty and the Beast. Hehas been in the ensemble of

    Footloose! and Pirates of Pen-zance. Ethan also played the roleof Ejlert Lovborg in the fall produc-

    tion of Hedda Gabler. In tonights performance, Ethanwill be singing Im Not That Smart from The 25thAnnual Putnam County Spelling Bee. Ethan is a member

    of the school chorus and his church youth group. He hasalso participated in County Chorus.

    I dedicate this show to Joel Zimmerman, my family,and anyone else that has supported and inspired me.

    CJ SNAVELY is a new member of

    the high school drama department.

    As a freshman this year, CJ isinvolved in many different groups.

    He participates in the marching

    band, is a member of the French

    Club and the Key Club, and he also

    participates in a youth group at the

    River of God church. In middle school, CJ was involved

    with the plays and the talent shows. Tonight, CJ will be

    performing with the color guard in their show, Dark vs.Light.

    I dedicate my performance to my grandfather, AllenLee. He would have liked to see this.ELANA CARRERA, a sophomore

    member of the Drama Department

    is excited for her performance in

    Fall Expressions. In the past, Elana

    has performed in the high schools

    production of Beauty and the Beastand in the Pennsylvania Youth

    Music and Theatrics production of

    Fame. Elana is a member of thechorus, girl scouts, church choir, drama club, and also

    plays the piano. Tonight, she will be singing Screw

    Loose from the musical Cry Baby.WHITNEY TYSON had been in-

    volved with the East Pennsboro

    Drama Department since she was a

    freshman. Whitney is involved in

    several of tonights performances.

    She will be participating with the

    Theater Arts classs production of

    The Zero Sum Mind. She will alsobe singing Breathe by Anna

    Nalick, the narrator of a performance, and will be

    singing Seasons of Love and All That Jazz with the

    Fall Expressions company. In the past, Whitney has

    been in the productions of Footloose!, Beauty and theBeast, and The Curious Savage.To my family: Thank you Mom for supporting me in mydreams and being my #1 fan. Thank you Eric for beingthe father that I always wanted and now have. Thank

    you Summer for a sibling relationship that I cant sharewith anyone else. Thank you Ryan for being a greatbrother. Keep at the sports. Thank you Dylan forsharing your acting experience with me. When webecome famous actors we have to act together. Thankyou Bryan for trying so hard to encourage me to singand believing in me. I love you all! Thank you so much.

    KATHLEEN SHANK is new to the

    East Pennsboro Drama Depart-

    ment. She will be making her stagedebut in the Fall Expressions

    Cabaret. Kathleen, a senior at East

    Pennsboro will be performing

    poetry. She is involved in Art Club

    at the high school.

    BECKY RHOADES, a junior at East

    Pennsboro will be performing a

    trumpet duet with Trent DeVerter

    this evening. She is a member of

    the East Pennsboro Area HighSchool Marching Band, the Jazz

    Band, and is a member of the band

    and chorus. Last year, Becky had

    the privilege to play with the pit

    for Beauty and the Beast.TRENT DEVERTER is returning to

    the East Pennsboro stage tonight,

    for his performance with Becky

    Rhoades. The junior will be per-

    forming a trumpet duet. In the

    past, Trent was a member of the

    Guy and Dolls, Jr. cast in sixthgrade. At the high school, Trent is

    a member of the Jazz band and Concert Band, and is

    the National Honor Society secretary.

    LAUREN BAHRENBURG, a junior,

    returns to the EP stage singing

    Breathe. Lauren was in Beautyand the Beastlast year, along withGuys and Dolls Jr. at EPMS. Lauren

    is in Chorus, French Club, DramaClub, and enjoys reading and

    singing in her spare time. Lauren

    would like to dedicate the show to

    her Gram.
