Exporting Movies from Adobe Premiere CS4:

1. Select your sequence 2. Go to File>Export>Media 3. Select H.264 from the Format drop down menu 4. Select YouTube Widescreen HD from the Preset drop down menu

(The Preset options change with each different format so make sure you select H.264 first)

5. Go to the Frame Rate (fps) drop down menu and select 29.97 (the default is 24)

6. Click ok at the bottom of the screen to send the file to Adobe Media Encoder

7. Click Start Queue at the side on the side of the screen
