NEFAB ExPak is a collapsible export packaging system made of plywood and steel. This combination implies superior performance in terms of strength, weight and volume utilization. NEFAB ExPak has proven succesful world wide in all industrial branches were valuable and sensitive goods require cost efficient protection and transportation. NEFAB ExPak PS consists of four sections – 3sided sleeves, front panel, lid and base – and is delivered flat to save space and shipping costs. It is specially suitable for medium-large sized products. The container, which can be reused several times, has an integrated locking system of tabs and slots that allows for logical and efficient packing and unpacking procedures. Optional closing devices in spring steel and plastic facilitate reusing of the container. A selection of standard sizes is available, different frame heights can be used with the same lid and bottom. NEFAB ExPak PS can easily be customized according to customer specifications. If required, the container can be complemented with inner fittings and reinforcements specially made to fit the product packed.
