VORM will celebrate it’s 100th anniversary in 2019. We are very proud of the shape and growth throughout the years. VORM has been a family business for many years. This means we operate via long-term relationships and integral responsibilities.
A high degree of collaboration was established with a variety of governmental authorities, at the time mainly in and around our home port of Rotterdam. Nowadays a national player with projects in all the big cities of Holland Metropole. VORM is a top 5 player in the construction and real estate development in The Netherlands. We develop, build, renovate and transform projects in the housing and commercial sector.
ZaanstadThe city of Zaanstad is a part of the Amsterdam Metropolitan Area. The region is functioning as a magnet because of its diverse pallet of different living environments which varies from urban core with a lot of industrial heritage to rural periphery.
This success means a significant pressure on the housing market. To meet the demand for housing the city of Zaanstad has the ambition to build 20.000 houses in the coming 20 years. We welcome partners to realize these ambitions.

Zuidas AmsterdamZuidas is the international urban knowledge and business hub of Amsterdam near the city centre. From Schiphol International Airport you can be in the heart of Zuidas within seven minutes by train.
About 700 national and international companies are already based in the area. Just as one of the Netherlands’ largest universities and a prestigious university medical centre. With about 7.000 homes in the future, Zuidas will be Amsterdam’s second most prominent housing location with shops, restaurants and cultural activities. In 2019 project Zuidasdok will start. This involves among other things, expanding Amsterdam Zuid train station and widening the A10 motorway, partly underground. The objective is to improve traffic flow and allow new urban development.
