Implement the coaching cycle with fidelity!• Provide support to teachers through

modeling lessons, coaching, instructional guidance and collaboration

• Assist in monitoring the instructional program by assisting in evaluating lesson plans, observing classes, explaining instructional strategies, conducting informal classroom observations and providing feedback to teachers

Use data to inform instruction• Utilizes observations and achievement data

to identify, design and provide professional development to meet the needs of the teachers

• Collaborate with teachers to ensure student mastery of standards by assisting with reviewing data, conduct analysis of formative and summative student data and assist with modifications of data driven instructional strategies
