Let’s Exercise
Supplies: Each team needs
1 small beaker about ½ full of DI water pH meter or 5 pH strips 1 straw (DO NOT SET THIS ON YOUR COUNTERTOP AS YOU
WILL BE BLOWING INTO IT) 1 stopwatch
Follow Lab Instructions Pay attention to the TYPE of breathing you notice as
well (abdominal or thoracic?) PLEASE DON’T OVER-EXERT YOURSELVES, THIS IS
NOT P90X!!!
