New admissions are subject to vacancies. No correspondence shall be entertained in
this regard.
The Principal has absolute right over admission of a child to the school and decision of
the Principal shall be final and binding on the parents.
Parents seeking admission for their ward in Nur., Jr.KG & Sr. KG shall submit Notary
attested Birth Certificate in support of the date of birth entered in the Registration Form.
The records will be maintained as per the Birth Certificate.
The School does not entertain anyone influencing the school authority / staff / others in
kind for securing admission.
Any change in the record can be made if a properAffidavit or Gazette copy is submitted
to the school.

In case of withdrawal, parents will have to fill the form, given in the school almanac
(Page No.50) along with a written application.
Parents have to ensure that the written application for Leaving Certificate should
be submitted in person in Room No. 101 (1st Floor) by 15th February 2018 / two
months before the date of withdrawal, failing which, you are liable to pay first
installment of next academic year / fees as applicable. Kindly note, unless all
dues are cleared the application will not be accepted / processed further.

Parents should ensure that their ward comes neatly dressed to school with the ID
and maintain good personal hygiene.
Pattern and colour of the school uniform shall be available in the school.
Fancy chains, bracelets, ear rings and wrist watches are not allowed. If found, will be
confiscated.
Earrings (for girls) : Only studs are allowed (For safety during play). School shall not
be held responsible in case of any loss.
Girls students should compulsorily wear short black slacks.

Parents are requsted to ensure that their ward wears black velcro shoes with
white socks. No coloured footwear will be allowed.
Velcro sandals are allowed only during monsoon period.

Boys should have simple and short hair. Hair should not fall on the forehead.
No fancy hair cut or hair style is allowed.
Girls with long hair below shoulder level shall tie two plain plaits with white ribbons.
No fancy hair bands, clips and hair pins are allowed.

Colouring of hair is not allowed.

Good manners, good habits and punctuality are required to be observed at all times.
During the working hours, silence has to be maintained while moving around the
premises. Running, playing and shouting inside the school premises is not allowed.
Pupils are not allowed to leave the school premises during the school hours.
Pupils should follow the instructions of the teachers.
The school reserves the rights to deal with any kind of indiscipline, on the basis of its
severity.
Students need to be aware that with every opportunity comes responsibility which can
be practised if he / she is self disciplined. The children will be encouraged to take
responsibility of their action with corrective measures by the teachers. The teacher’s
efforts will work only with the support and positive inputs by the parents.

Pupils shall attend all classes regularly.
Late comers are liable to be sent back home at parents' own risk.

Attendance on the re-opening day of the new academic year and last working day ofthe term is mandatory.Leave of absence shall be granted for valid reason only on prior written applicationfrom the parents.For one or two days leave pupils shall fill the leave record given in the schoolalmanac (Page No. 47)For absenteeism more than two days, leave letter should be addressed to thePrincipal and forwared through the Grade teacher or the school office.In case of continued absence due to illness, a Medical Certificate will have to beproduced.Producing a false Medical Certificate is a serious offence and will invite severe actionfrom the school.If a child is suffering from a contagious disease, the school office must be informedof the same within two days by the parents supported by a Medical Certificate. Thechild may join school only after the doctor certifies him / her completely fit.A Medical certificate must be given to the grade teacher on the day of rejoining.
Students should not attend school if they are suffering from any contagious disease.They will be sent home if they report before the quarantine period is over.A great stress is laid on punctuality and regularity. No retest will be conducted if thestudents remain absent on the day of assignment.Attendance for all official school functions is compulsory. No request for leave onthose days will be entertained.Leave letters are to be addressed to the Principal and forwarded through the gradeteacher or the school office.No early leave will be granted to the pupils except on emergency or sudden healthbreakdown. In such cases, parents need to fill an early leave application available inthe school office. No telephonic communication from the parents / guardian shall beentertained in this regard.

Home Assignment instills discipline and forms an important part of a student’s
education since it reinforces the work covered in the classroom.
Pupils shall do all Home Assignments independently. Parents can assist their ward
in establishing a regular time for completing the HomeAssignments.

Progress of the pupils shall be evaluated through the ContinuousAssessment.Promotion of a pupil from one grade to another shall be based on their performanceduring the academic year.Parents shall be communicated about their wards performance through theAchievement Record. Achievement Record shall be shown to the parents at the endof each term during the Parent Teacher Interaction (PTI)The school reserves all the rights regarding promotion or detention of a child basedon his / her performance throughout the year. Hence the decision of the Principal isfinal and binding.

Parent Teacher Interactions are organized on the prescribed days as mentioned inthe almanac. PTI provides opportunities for parents to meet the teacher and trackthe child’s progress, strengths and weaknesses.
Meeting days are subject to change. Any change in the given schedule will beinformed to the parents well in advance.If parents cannot make it to the PTI, they can take an appointment with the gradeteacher by sending an application for the same.

Birthday celebration in class is not allowed. No cakes will be cut in the class.

Pupils can contribute to the school library by donating books with his / her name
written on the book.
