Its opens with A medium close-up is used to show the main protagonist’s facial expressions and body language. For example, the character turns his head around the room repetitively whilst talking to his daughter on the phone; this shows that the character is apprehensive and rather confused about how to help his daughter. As this scene is the bridge between the equilibrium and the main plot of the film, these shots show the audience that the character is desperate to help his daughter.

The slow paces shows and gives us attention with creating a anxiety effect that we as audience don’t know what's happening in that period of time. As for trailer it creates enigma for the audience.

There's different shots scenes throughout the editing show continuity editing as it showing the storyline of his daughter being trapped.

Throughout the trailer we do get circular structure of trailer is the same but journey cycle and also progression of him and his daughter psychologically and physically.

The structure

The trailer has a series of montages from beginning and end which gives the audience a little confusing that that they in serious trouble.

There's again a bit of continuity editing in this movie between scenes. This gives the audience attention and drawing them to all the actions and mostly the main character.

Avengers

As for editing there's fast paced consisting mainly of long and medium shots. This creates a twisted and suspense as the audience don’t enough time to think about the shots happening which creates enigma for the audience. This type of editing gives and makes the audience excited and want to see more as they are only getting small bits.

These different shots are added to during editing to not show the interruption editing with each shot showing different character and locations and etc.
