Guidelines for February Art Camp 2017
Drop Off & Pickup Campers must be dropped off and picked up promptly and must be signed in and signed out to insure their safety. For a pickup by someone other than the parent/guardian listed on this Registration Form, a note with the name of the pickup person must be given to the instructor at drop-off or listed on the registration form. Behavior All students are expected to listen, follow instructions, and interact with classmates and their instructor with respect so that a positive, encouraging, and creative atmosphere is provided. Our goal is for everyone to have fun! Dress for Class Closed-toe shoes are required for all campers for optimal safety. Art workshops are often messy so campers should wear clothes that can be easily washed. Improv/Theatre classes include broad gestures and physical comedy; students should dress comfortably in clothes that allow them to move well. Snacks & Lunch Campers are encouraged to bring snacks and drinks, which may be stored in our refrigerator; please be sure to label all drink and lunch containers. To ensure safety of all campers; a notification email will be sent out about any food allergies campers may have and what foods to avoid bringing to camp. Financial Notes Payments can be made credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover,) cash, or check made payable to WCFA. A minimum number of campers (6) per workshop is required so we may provide instructors with fair compensation for their time. Once an application and payment has been received there are no refunds unless the class is cancelled by WCFA. By signing the front of the form you give us permission for your child’s image to be used in our marketing efforts.
