Machine technology, logistics and infrastructure in

harmony - a company in Unna, Germany serves as an

example.

Replacing a valve-bag filling system using a sealing

system with a modern bagging system that uses film

bags for construction chemicals according to the

HAVER ADAMS PROCESS® Technology.

Packing machine

HAVER BENJAMIN® IV for filling building material

products into 20 and 25 kg bags for a bagging rate of

1000 bags/hr with product feed-in, weighing and dosing

systems, including a bag smoothing unit and weight

checking.

After detailed clarification with all the decision-making

persons at the customer, i.e. Technical, Marketing and

Production, a conventional bagging plant is replaced by

a film packaging system that especially enhances product

protection and the display effect on consumers.

Together with the customer and the supplier of the

packaging film, the primary task of HAVER & BOECKER

is to determine the format, print and size of the new

packaging.

Our customers benefit from such projects by seeing

higher earnings and sales.

Producing a compact, modular facilities plan that takes

future requirements into account is no easy task. In

addition, facilities must also be capable of expanding in

order to meet customer wishes. This is a complex task

that may not appear to be a typical challenge one faces

on a daily basis. But for HAVER, this has long since been

our daily work.

from DEKRA EXAM. Qualified HAVER personnel check

HAVER INTEGRA®

The INTEGRA® is a completely assembled filling system

for loose materials inside a dust-encapsulating housing

that consists of the following components:

n Valve sealing system

n Bag applicator

n Operating unit

n Bag discharge belt

It is a turnkey unit that is ready to operate and allows

rapid on-site installation and start-up. Only the product

and energy supply systems need to be at hand at the

customer’s.

Explosion protection is a part of the technology that has

to do with prevention of the occurrence of explosions and

their impacts. This belongs to the

field of Safety Engineering and has

the purpose of preventing damage

by technical products, systems, and

other equipment to persons and pro-

perty. Explosion protection consists of technical solutions

such as ignition protection types and legal requirements

such as the ATEX Directives of the European Union.
