About the Speakers

: Prof. Raymond HM Leung, LLM, PhD

FICE, FHKIE, FASCE, FIIE, FHKICM, FHKIArb, PEng, CEng, SmIEEE, RPE

Dr. Leung is the Founding President of Institute of International Expert (IIE) and

was the Founding President of the Hong Kong Mediation Centre (HKMC) and

America Society of Civil Engineering (Greater China) and the Past President of

Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators and HKICM. He is the Adjunct Professor at the

HKUST Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, HKU Department of

Real Estate & Construction, and previously at the City University of Hong Kong

School of Law. He has extensive experiences in Property, Construction,

Telecommunication and Optical Networks. He is also an experienced Civil and

Information Engineer, Mediator and Arbitrator in both Hong Kong and China. He

worked in both Property and Construction major corporations for the past 42

years and currently involved in investment, contract advisory, arbitration,

mediation and China businesses. Cr Sr Tang Chi Wang

FHKICM, FHKIS, FIIE, FCABE, MRICS, MCIOB,

FCIArb, FHKIArb, Accredited Mediator, RPS (BS & PFM), RCM

Chi-wang is the Immediate Past President of HKICM, Vice-Chariman of Buidling

Surveying Division of HKIS, Member of HKIA & HKIS Arbitrators Appointment

Advisory Board of HKIA & HKIS Joint Dispute Resolution Committee and Member

of HKIAC Appointment Advisory Board and Chairman of Construction and Real

Estate Panel of IIE. He is a multi-disciplinary Professional with over 23 years of

experience in the construction and project management fields. He has been

appointed as Mediator, Expert Witness and Single Joint Expert on various

occasions.
