Objectives • To know the state of development of the provision of administrative services
with the aid of the information and communication technologies (ICT): "electronic government"
• To classify the electronic government services from different approaches
• To know the basic principles of the normative that governs the use of the ICT in the relationships with the electronic government
• To know the main parameters that impact in the electronic government's development
• To understand the basic architecture of an electronic government service
• To analyze and to evaluate the implementation of an electronic government service

From the privacy to the computer specialist activities. Computer specialist activities. Security measures and data protection. The security of the electronic communications. Practice codes. The consent and the computer specialist activities

Evaluation
1.- Students must do a written exam and a practical work
2.- The grade is between 1 and 10, passing who obtains five points at least
3.- The grade is the average of the written exam, the oral presentation of the practice and the written work on the practice, being indispensable to pass the written exam
4.- The written exam consists on two questions about the program
5.- The practical work consists on the evaluation of an electronic government website
6.- The maximum extension of the written work on the practice is 5000 words

Objectives Clarify the professional rights, obligations, and limits of engineers in a

4. To habituate them to the main arguments of current ethics of a democratic culture
