The list goes on, the time the fled from King Saul,

How about the time he backslide, cried out create in me a clean heart renew the rightspirit in me.

Through all the issues of life King David did not faint under the adversities. Davidremembered the God of his salvation. King David was expecting: pregnant with hope

He knew the God he served was merciful, full of compassion, long suffering and kind,

(Psalm 78: written by Asaph). The things written concerning Israel were to bring hope tothe future generations. They were to impregnate their children with the word of God.His commandments, his statues, talk about his mighty acts when he brought them out of Egypt with a mighty hand.

Maybe you can write your own list of troubles, your own list to trials, in the land of the

    living.

Like King David, who understood what trouble was in this life. He wrote, The L ORD ismy light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The L ORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? Psalm 142:3 when I begin to lose hope, you already know whatI am experiencing. My enemies have hidden a trap for me on the path where I walk.

(I am pregnant with the hope of my deliverance)

When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell. Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall notfear: though war should rise against me, in this will I be confident.

One thing have I desired of the L ORD , that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the houseof the L ORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the L ORD , and to enquire inhis temple.

For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacleshall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock. And now shall mine head be lifted upabove mine enemies round about me: therefore will I offer in his tabernacle sacrifices of

joy; I will sing, yea, I will sing praises unto the L ORD .

Hear, O L ORD , when I cry with my voice: have mercy also upon me, and answer me.

When thou saidst, Seek ye my face; my heart said unto thee, Thy face, L ORD ,will I seek. Hide not thy face far from me; put not thy servant away in anger: thou hast

been my help; (Expecting: Pregnant with hope) leave me not; neither forsake me, OGod of my salvation.

Surely everyman walketh in a vain shew; surely they are disquieted in vain; heheapeth up riches and knoweth not who shall gather them. And now Lord what wait I

for? My hope is in thee. (Psalm 39:6-7)

The LORD hear thee in the day of trouble; the name of the God of Jacob defend thee;Send thee help from the sanctuary, and strengthen thee out of Zion; Remember all thy

offerings, and accept thy burnt sacrifice; Selah. Grant thee according to thine ownheart, and fulfil all thy counsel.

We will rejoice in thy salvation, and in the name of our God we will set up our banners:the LORD fulfill all thy petitions. ( I am expecting: pregnant with hope, the hope of mysalvation for the Lord is my Jehovah Nissi, our banner . For by thee I have run through atroop; and by my God have I leaped over a wall. Psalm 18:29

Now know I that the LORD saveth his anointed; he will hear him from his holy heavenwith the saving strength of his right hand. Some trust in chariots, and some in horses:but we will remember the name of the LORD our God. They are brought down andfallen: but we are risen, and stand upright.

Save, LORD: let the king hear us when we call. (Psalm 20)

It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man (Psalm 118:8)

So trust in the Lord with all thing heart,

Expect him to answer your cry, impregnate yourself with the Word of God, whichshall never pass away and it will not return unto him void.

When your father and mother forsake you, then the L ORD will take you up.

(Be in the attitude of Expectation: pregnant with Hope)

Say like King David, Teach me thy way, O L ORD , and lead me in a plain path, because of mine enemies.

Deliver me not over unto the will of mine enemies: for false witnesses are risenup against me, and such as breathe out cruelty.

Say like King David, I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the L ORD in the land of the living. (Expecting; pregnant with hope)

Pregnant with the hope of eternal joy,

Pregnant with the hope of eternal peace,

Pregnant with the hope of eternal life.

The Bible says that they that put their trust in the Lord shall not be ashamed.

For the Lord, He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might heincreaseth strength.

Even the youths shall faint and be weary and the young men shall utterly fall: But theythat wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings aseagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. (Isaiah40:29-31)

So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for himshall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation. Hebrew 9:28kjv

In my conclusion I say like King David, Wait on the Lord and be of good courage, andhe shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the L ORD .

You will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the Living.

Altar call: IF you need more joy, peace, or want to be filled with the Spirit of the

Living God, come. JESUS IS WAITING TO INDWELL YOU WITH THE HOPE OFSALVATION.

Closing prayer and song, soon and very soon we are going to see the king,
