If a women wants to conceive a baby, she
should know her menstrual cycle.

Ovulation is the time in a woman’s monthly cycle when her ovary will release an egg.
If she has intercourse in the days leading up to and on the day of ovulation, this is her ‘pregnancy window’
Usually ovulation happens between day 8 and day 14of your monthly cycle, but this can change sometimes.
It will be difficult to determine the ovulation time if you have an irregular menstrual cycle.

When the body temperature turn 36.5 – 38 degrees C to 99 degrees the ovulations has ended. And when its 35.5 – 36.5 degrees C
your ovulating.
When the temperature rises, it is to late to intercourse that will result in a pregnancy. Eggs can only live in the less than24 hours.

When your ovulating your mucus turns clearer, wetter and elastic,
can be compared to raw egg white.
When this happen, woman is at her most fertile and has a good
chance of falling pregnant.

The best predictor of ovulation is monitoring levels of Luteinizing
hormone (LH - is the hormone that actually triggers ovulation. ) in urine.
Ovulation will take place 12-48 hours after the LH surge is first detected, though 36 hours is considered to be the average
length of time for ovulation following the LH surge.

You should have intercourse on the day of the LH surge and the 3 following days, to increase the possibility to get
you pregnant.
