LED2000 includes optically engineered LED head units which provide controlled light

distribution and excellent spacings across both open area and escape route settings,

coupled to an energy efficient control module which operates with less than half the

energy demand of conventional self-contained emergency equipment.

Specify the escape route or open area LED head unit with a control module and

battery for integral conversions, or a remote box to create a high performance, low

maintenance combined non-maintained emergency luminaire.

LED2000 spacing data

The table, right, provides the spacings for escape route and open area use ofExistalite LED2000 to meet minimumillumination requirements in line with BS 5266.

Batteries

Existalite LED2000 conversion units are supplied with advanced hightemperature Nickel Metal Hydride (NiMH)batteries which, when properly installedin compliance with the EN 60598-2-22product standard, are designed to give a minimum of 4 years service life.
