Welcome to the 2011 Toronto Go Global Expo! This kit provides you with information about additional furnishings and services available for your booth, as well as shipping, warehousing and customs brokerage services. Please note that each full booth is equipped with the following INCLUDED in your exhibitor fee:

• 8’ x 8’ carpeted booth space • curtained back wall (white), 8’ high • curtained side walls, 3’ high • one skirted table, 6’ x 2’ • two padded chairs

Half booths will be sharing the above with another organization. Please note that storage on site is limited to the area within your booth. Should you need to store materials offsite please contact Robinson Show Services (below) to arrange this. Included in this package you will find forms for the following optional services:

Customs Recognition Letter The attached letter from the Canada Border Services Agency recognizes the Go Global Expo for customs purposes. Please bring this letter with you if you are travelling into Canada with show materials. It should also be attached to shipments of materials sent in advance. If you will be bringing show materials back to your country of origin, the Canada Border Services Agency recommends that you also register with customs in your country of origin to establish that goods may be returning. Show Services Order Deadline Date – Friday September 9th, 2011 Booth Equipment Each individual exhibit booth space is 8’ deep x 8’ wide space will be provided with the following equipment: 8’ high grey draped back-wall, 3’ high grey draped side-wall. One, (1), 6’ long x 2’wide white vinyl top, blue skirted table, two chairs, 1 wastebasket, and an 8” x 11” paper ID sign. For additional tables and furnishings please see the order forms in your Exhibitor Information Kit. GO GLOBAL EXPO 2011 - Show Rules & Regulations For any questions regarding your booth space and or your exhibit, please refer to the enclosed Exhibit Guidelines and Regulations or contact 2011 International Conference for Fire & Rescue, Tannis Hett, Verge Magazine, Phone-705-742 6869 or [email protected] . Note that no displays and/or exhibits may be attached to the drapes, lighting, chandeliers, wall’s or hung from the ceiling. The exhibitor, in erecting it’s display, will not drive any thumb tacks, nails, spikes or staples into any surfaces, nor shall the Exhibitor use any adhesives on any surface in the function areas. Liability: “Hold Harmless” – The exhibitor(s) assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages and claims arriving out of injury or damage to exhibitors’ displays, equipment and other property brought upon the premises of the resort and shall indemnify and hold harmless the hotel agents, servants and employees from any and all such losses, damages and claims. Safety – displays or exhibits of excessive weight must first receive prior approval by the Hotel and must be placed on wooden platforms to avoid damaging the floor and/or carpeting and to ensure an even distribution of weight. No combustible, inflammable, explosive or corrosive liquids or materials will be allowed in the function area. All displays and exhibits must be maintained in a safe manner so as not to create any danger to any other exhibitor or participant at the display and/or exhibit. Please note that no booths or tables will be allowed to block entrance/exit doors due to fire regulations. The Fire Code requires a minimum of 3 meters, (10 feet), clearance from all entrances.

Handling of Boxes: For local Exhibitors physically bringing in their own boxes, they will be responsible for unloading and transporting their boxes to the designated meeting room. It is the responsibility of the client/exhibitor to arrange pickup of any leftover materials following the trade show/conference. Neither the Facility, nor the employees of the facility, shall be responsible for loss of, or damage, to meeting materials, exhibits, displays, packing crates or shipping crates. Carpet - HALL IS FULLY CARPETED The Exhibit hall is carpeted. For rental booth carpet, please see the Robinson Show Services carpet order form. Electrical – NOT PROVIDED Your exhibit space is not provided with electric power. Exhibitors will be responsible for ordering electrical/display lighting services from the hotel. Please see the attached PSAV electrical order form. Electrical Services Order Deadline Date – Friday September 9th, 2011 Telecommunications Telecom / internet services can be ordered through the facility. Please see the attached facility telecom request form. Audio Visual Please see the attached PSAV Audio Visual order form. Advance Warehouse Robinson will accept your shipment at the advance warehouse up to 25 days prior to move-in. Please see the order form in your Kit. Please call Robinson directly if you need further information, quotes or assistance with transportation and storage options. Storage at Show Site There is limited empty storage on the show floor. Empty cartons not stored in your booth must be removed by the exhibitor. Material Handling Service includes the placing of empties in the designated storage area. It does not include off-site storage. Cleaning The aisles will be cleared by the Facility prior to show opening. Any boxes or crates not removed to the designated storage areas will be thrown away. If you require in-booth cleaning/vacuuming services, please complete the Facility In-booth Cleaning Form.
