Σας ενημερώνουμε για την πρόσκληση συμμετοχής στην πρώτη ψηφιακή διεθνή έκθεση προϊόντων καφέ και τσαγιού, η οποία θα πραγματοποιηθεί στη Σιγκαπούρη τον Ιούνιο (24-26) και το Νοέμβριο (11-13) 2020. Η έκθεση διοργανώνεται από την εταιρεία CEMS (http://www.cems.com.sg), σε συνεργασία με την TEAPASAR, εταιρεία η οποία επικεντρώνεται στη διοργάνωση ψηφιακών εκδηλώσεων και φεστιβάλ τροφίμων - ενσωματώνοντας τόσο τη φυσική όσο και την ψηφιακή εμπειρία.

Το Future Tea & Coffee Summit and Expo αποτελεί ψηφιακή εμπορική έκθεση, η οποία μέσω της διαδραστικότητας, συνενώνει εκθέτες και επισκέπτες δίνοντας τη δυνατότητα αλληλεπίδρασης και ανταλλαγής πληροφοριών για υπηρεσίες και προϊόντα, χωρίς γεωγραφικούς περιορισμούς, λόγω της παγκόσμιας πανδημίας Covid19.

Επιπλέον υποστηρίζεται από την τεχνολογία ProfilePrint ™ (έλεγχος ταυτότητας προϊόντων μέσω δακτυλικών αποτυπωμάτων), η οποία εφαρμόζεται για ξηρά τρόφιμα (τσάι, καφέ, δημητριακών, βοτάνων, μπαχαρικών, κακάο, καθώς και υγρά αναψυκτικά, χυμούς και μη οργανικά υλικά που χρησιμοποιούνται για την παρασκευή τροφίμων και ποτών).

Terms & Conditions

Article 1 : Definitions (a) “Exhibitor” is a person, company, association or any organisation that register to exhibit at FTC 2020. (b) “Exhibition” shall mean the FTC 2020.

(c) “Organiser” shall mean CONFERENCE & EXHIBITION MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE LTD.

Article 2 : Contract “Contract” shall mean this agreement entered into between the Organiser and the Exhibitor for the use of the FTC 2020 platform, virtual stand or space in the Exhibition and shall include the terms and conditions contained herein.

Article 3 : Function Access Exhibitors are allowed to access functions depending on contracted tier(s) and shall be made in the prescribed application submitted to the Organiser with the required deposit (see Terms of Payment for details).

Article 4 : Terms of Payment (a) 100% payment of the rate payable upon booking/ signing the application form. (b) All fees payable by the Exhibitor are non-refundable and shall be due on the aforesaid dates without formal demand from the Organiser and

in the event of late or non-payment, the Organiser shall be entitled, at their sole discretion, to treat such acts or omission/s as withdrawal by the Exhibitors under Article Clause 5 and to forfeit the Exhibitor’s right to participate in the online Exhibition.

Article 5 : Change Dates The Organiser shall be entitled to change the dates and or duration of the Exhibition by giving to the Exhibitor, a notice in writing at least two (2) weeks before the present proposed date(s) of the Exhibition, without being liable for any loss or damages suffered by the Exhibitor or for the return of the deposit or any part thereof.

Article 6 : Regulations on Copyrighted Materials Each exhibitor is responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses and permits to use music, photographs or other copyrighted materials in the exhibitor’s booth or display. No exhibitor will be permitted to play, broadcast or perform any content or use any other copyrighted materials, such as photographs or other artistic works, without first presenting to the Organiser satisfactory proof that the exhibitor has, or does not need a license to use such contents or copyrighted material.

Article 7 : Data Usage For all data uploaded onto the online exhibition platform, the Organiser and its Affiliates shall be permitted to analyse the data, to combine the data with its own data, and to use the data. In using the online exhibition platform, you agree to receive marketing updates and use the ProfilePrint Exchange as a business matching tool to match products and source for buyers and sellers online.

Article 8 : Limitation of Liability In using the online exhibition platform and Affiliates’ software, the Organiser and its Affilates have no liability for damages arising from the use of the service or any loss, damage or misappropriation of the uploaded data.

Article 9 : Amendments of Regulations Any and all matters and questions not specifically covered by the articles in this contract shall be subject to the decision of the Organiser. The aforementioned items covered by this contract may be amended at any time by the Organiser in the interest of the Exhibition and notice thereof shall be binding on the exhibitors equally with the foregoing in this contract.

Article 10 : Governing Law This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
