Bare Stand

Fitted Stand

The stands are installed and arranged by the Angers Exhibition Centre. Do not hesitate to contact us for any further information.

The area that you have rented is free for you to use as you wish, both in terms of the arrangement of the material exhibited and the related decorative elements. In order to preserve the consistency and overall appearance of the

event, however, we ask you not to go beyond the limits of the space allocated to you and to contact us for any structure that exceeds a height of 3 metres. In addition, and to address the same concerns regarding consistency, please do not dismantle or modify any elements that we have installed, such as banners, signs or carpet.

We also ask you to ensure your employees are present on their stand from the opening of theexhibitionuntilclosingtime.

Bottom panel and side partitions in plywood, length 3 metres, height 2.30 metres, covering : grey fabric, M1 certified

This arrangement allows fixings or attachments using tacks or staples, or hooks on upper sections. Bolting,screwingandlargespikesareprohibited.

The thickness of the partitions determines a width of 2.95 m for each module. The stands are installed directly on the carpeted floor.

BANNER Frame in charcoal grey lacquered aluminium.

This banner must remain neutral. You are prohibited from adding or pasting anything: texts, logos, etc.

There will be one sign per stand.

There is no back wall, or panel separating the stand, the stand's boundaries shall be marked using tape stuck on the carpet.

The only equipment included is the installation of a lawn green carpet.

For exhibitors who requested electricity connections, the stands are equipped with a power socket including two power outlets and an RCD generally placed in the bottom corner of the stand, at a height of 2.10 m.

The power available is that which you requested when completing your application.

If you need power and you haven't yet purchased this service, see the purchase order on page 29.

Ifyouwantaspecific location foryourpowersocket,pleaseshowus theexact locationusing thedrawingonpage30.You are strictly forbidden to modify the meter location yourself.

We reserve the right to charge you the cost of changing the location of the meter on your stand if you fail to indicate your preferred location in advance.

Electricity

Permission must be obtained from the Exhibition Centre before any rigging operation.

The total suspended weight, and the rig type and number must be clearly indicated, as well as the company contracted to carry out the rigging.

Without our authorization, no rigging is allowed.

All stands will be systematically fitted with lawngreen carpet, unless you indicate otherwise when you register.

We take care of the cleaning and maintenance of the aisles and common areas outside the opening hours of the exhibition.

If you do not want to clean your stand yourself, we can offer this service at a cost of €4.00 (excl. VAT) per sqm for the duration of the show. (see order form on page 29).

In addition, a waste management system is implemented at SIVAL. Insofar as possible, please follow the instructions you will be given for build-up, breakdown, and work during the show. (see details on page 24).

Every evening, please put your day's rubbish in the aisle next to your stand, putting any glass bottles aside to facilitate sorting by the cleaning crews who collect them.

For anyone who wishes to dispose of their waste during the day, bins for glass and other waste shall be placed outside the halls.

This Charter covers the Exhibition Centre and any person, customer or visitor, using the tools and services related to the wifi internet network of Angers Expo Congrès. It is an informative document on the ethics that apply to all users of the network.

The exhibitor undertakes:

• to follow the provisions of this Charter, which sets out the terms and conditions of our network

• to communicate to its own employees and partners, as well as any interested person, the content of this Charter by all means at its disposal

1.Onnetworkaccessbytheuser

The user concerned by this Charter may be our customer (principal and agents), their own customers, the various stakeholders working on the site because of the event organised by the client, and the visitors present. After signing their lease and the conditions laid down by the latter, the user is given access to the wifi network.The Exhibition Centre will endeavour, wherever possible, to provide continuous access to the service it provides, but does not guarantee it will be free of any interruptions.The user further agrees not to deliberately disturb the system and its operation.

2.Ontheconditionsofuse

It is the moral duty of the Angers Exhibition Centre to remind users of the internet and email services, that a number of rules of law govern such use in order to prevent or punish illegal acts, including for the protection of privacy and the protection of minors, respect for laws regarding literary or artistic property, respect for computer laws and freedoms, and so on.The following, without this list being exhaustive, are thus punished by French law:

• invasion of privacy• defamation and insult• provocation of minors to commit illegal or dangerous acts, promoting the corruption of minors, pornographic use of

the image of a minor• messages of a pornographic, violent or terrorist nature• incitement to consumption of prohibited substances• incitement to crimes, incitement to suicide, discrimination, racial hatred or violence, the glorification of any crime, the

Angers Expo Congrès is strongly committed to the fundamental values that govern our society, rules protecting the interests of the people and respect for public order. The Angers Exhibition Centre may be required, at the request of the public authorities, to transmit connection records if illegal activities are suspected or found during the use of its internet services (Law 2006-64 of 23 January 2006, Decree 2006-358 of 24 March 2006). Wearing of assembly and dismantling badge : required in order to access the Exhibition.

Wearing of individual protection equipment :

• SafetyShoes: You are reminded that wearing safety shoes (anti-perforation upper + sole) is compulso-ry for all people entering the exhibition site during assembly and dismantling.

• Hardhat: Wearing a hard hat is compulsory for all those working on elevated platforms, all employees working on different levels, and any tasks presenting a risk.

• Gloves,goggles for tasks carrying particular risks

Workers lifting and transport can be done only with specifie material.Documents to be shown on site :

- Updated inspection form (less than 6 months)- Certificate of aptitude in sale driving- On site drive authorization from employer- Updated medical certificate

Power tools must be equipped with dust suction system to be used inside.

Smoking is forbidden inside the halls : during assembly - dismantling and during the Exhibi-tion.

Respect traffic routes : they must remain free and accessible by emergency services and handling equipment.

Ensure at all times : cleaning and maintenance of your stand its peripheral area.

Suction system : to be accepted in the hall, all power tools, whether fixed or portable, must be equipped wiht a suction or dust collection system.

Working at height: It is always compulsory to use systems that ensure collective protection. Ladders should not be used on workstations.

IMPORTANT ! Guidelines for sorting and disposal of waste.

To limit the environmental impact of the trade show as much as possible, and as part of a comprehensive approach to sustainable development, Angers Expo Congrès has established a new system for waste management..

In 2014, on the fairs and events at Parc des Expositions :

40 % of waste had been recycled on 104 tons during the year52 % of carpets, on 102 000 m² installed, had been recycled by our provider.

During build-up & breakdown

Three sorting and recycling stations will be set up to encourage sorting, and thus significantly improve the percentage of recycled waste in the total tonnage of the event:

- behind Amphitéa - in front of Ardésia - on Terrace Novaxia

We invite you to sort your waste into the following 5 categories:

- Cardboard - Glass - Metal, wood- Plastic film- Non-recyclable materials (household waste and other non-recyclable waste).

Noothercontainerwillbeinstalledonthesite.

You will be welcomed at each sorting station by a person responsible for ensuring proper recycling. A summary document and a map of the sorting stations will be given to you upon arrival at the Exhibition Centre.

During the trade-fairAt the close of the exhibition each evening, we ask you to put your day's rubbish in the aisles, separating bottles from the rest of your waste.

Insurance

The compulsory insurance for the trade show covers the risks of fire, water damage and civil liability, excluding theft. For the first three risks, the guarantees apply two days prior to the opening of the exhibition and two days after closing. The amount guaranteed is €500 per sqm for covered stands. The exhibitor must take all preventive and safety measures. In case of absence of these measures, the planned excess will be doubled.

Like all similar events, SIVAL, and with it its exhibitors, must comply with the provisions of the Decree of 23 March 1965 (amended), Decree no. 731007 of 31 October 1973, and the Decree of 18 November 1987 relating to fire safety and panic in establishments open to the public.

Accordingly, we urge you to ban the use of polystyrene foam and not to replace, under any circumstances, the fabrics we have used for general decoration, which are consistent with the required safety standards.

During Assembly / Dismantling

In the event of an accident :

• Immediately notify the fire department 18 Clearly indicate the location of the call - the name of the hall - the cause

• Then, IT IS ESSENTIAL that you immediately notify the Administration of the Exhibition venue : 02 41 93 40 40 and the head of your company. Clearly, indicate the cause and the precise location of the accident in order to facilite emergency access.

In case of fire :

• Immediately notify the fire department 18 Clearly indicate the location of the call - the name of the hall - the cause

• Then, IT IS ESSENTIAL that you immediately notify the Administration of the Exhibition venue : 02 41 93 40 40 and the head of your company. Clearly, indicate the cause and the precise location of the accident in order to facilite emergency access.

• Trigger the fire alarm by hitting the manual alarms.

• Evacuate and meet outside on the Grand Palais terrace.
