EXHIBIT II

Referring to the Schedule of the Merchant Shipping (Prevention and Control of Pollution)(Specification of Substances)(Amendment) Order, where for HARMFUL SUBSTANCES, it states:

Harmful substances in package form, as defined in Annex III to MARPOL 73178 as contained in the Consolidated Edition 2002, which:

(a) are identified as severe marine pollutants with "PP" in column "MP" of the Index to the 2002 IMDG Code; or

(b) meet the criteria for severe marine pollutants as specified in paragraph 2.10.4.1.2 of the Code.

The user of that Order can refer to the substances that are listed in the "Index" of IMDG Code. A summary list of the substances listed in IMDG Code is annexed to this Exhibit.

Paragraph 2.10.4.1.2 of IMDG Code has identified such substances as having an extreme pollution potential, i.e. as severe marine pollutants (PP) if:

bioaccumulated to a significant extent and known to produce a hazard to aquatic life or human health (hazard rating "+" in column A of the GESAMP hazard profiles) and are highly toxic to aquatic life, defined by LC50 as less than 1 mg/I (hazard rating "4" in column B of the GESAMP hazard profiles); or

extremely toxic to aquatic life, defined by LC50 as less than 0.01 mg/I (hazard rating "5" in column B of the GESAMP hazard profiles)

Note 1: GESAMP/EHS Composite list of hazard Profiles is prepared by GESAMP, is circulated annually by IMO by means of BLG circulars.

Note 2: LCso is the concentration of a substance which will, within the specified time (generally 96 hours), kill 50%, of the exposed group of test organisms.
