Under the PDF logo is the solicitation for a different offering that had already closed. Camp Arifjan Contracting Officers, Legal, and the Contracting Commander LTC Michael Scuteri all failed to correct this document until a GAO Level Pre-Award Protest was filed. This is the service given by the Army Contracting Command POST - MAJ John Cockerham, MAJ Pressley, MAJ Momon, and MAJ Murray and 23 other contracting officer that have gone to jail from Camp Arifjan.
