Sean- Types of Exercise● Walking is one of the most important exercise for patience who
has heart problem. Slow walking around 30 minutes should help the patience to be healthy
● Easy aerobic dance such as swinging arms and legs. Around 15 minutes should be good.
● Cycling is also a good exercise. Around 2km will do.● Cardio classes is also a good exercise for heart patients. Around 1
hour for cardio classes will do.
Abdul- Risks of Exercise
● Endurance type exercises are dangerous for heart patients- For Example, Marathon running can increase risk by
seven● Excessive exercise is counterproductive, instead of helping,
it makes it worse.● There is a limit to the amount of Exercise which can help
you.
Saddam- Benefits of ExerciseOne of the best moves you can make is exercise , even if you have heart disease.These are some benefits of exercise:
● Strengthens your heart with a regular cardio exercise● Lowers your blood pressure (by helping you lose weight and

weight)● Improves sleep (it boosts vitality and metabolism, relaxes the
body & mind, and even reduces your daytime sleepiness)
Ikhwan- Exercise Tips● Make sure to consult a qualified Doctor about what you need (for
medications)- Everyone needs different types
● Exercising regularly is the best way to lessen the risk of heart disease.
- It lowers the chance of cardiovascular disease by three times
● Make sure not to exercise more than you need to. - It could harm you by increasing your blood pressure.
● Build up how much you exercise slowly- Slow steps make a more stable foundation
