• Alliance Partnership International was founded in 1996, by some of the most successful and experienced independent executive search companies.

• After a period of inactivity, in 2009, the organization was re-established in Barcelona, Spain; since then, it has continuously grown.

• Between the extremes of totally integrated firms and loose associations with only occasional links, Alliance Partnership International has chosen the format of an international partnership between equals.

• These are the qualities most clearly associated with independent, owner managed, consultancy firms.

• Our approach to executive search is to place the emphasis on ownership and the customer’s satisfaction.

• We believe that international searches are best conducted by professionals who are nationals in the countries in which they are operating in and who are, therefore, more in tune with the social, cultural, and economic values pertaining to their environment.
