LOOKING TO THE FUTURE2020 has been an incredible year for our world. For for our organization, it has been a year of change, reflection, vision and impatience for the future.

The pandemic and the global outrage that followed the unjust death of George Floyd here in Minneapolis shined bright lights on long-standing inequity in our community. In this context, we are midway through the development of a new strategic plan. We know it will call on us to grow our partnership and our impact, diversify our funding support, build more and stronger bridges into our community and redouble our efforts to center marginalized voices and co-create change in partnership with our investees.

To sustain our organization and lead the strategy collaboration, our board engaged our talented associate director and operations director to step into interim roles. Our new executive director will join us in the completion of our plan for the future and lead its translation into action and greater impact for our community.
