Helping to promote women in technology
WIT Executive Coaching We all know diversity: gender, race, age, disability. However, we seldom take time to understand the important aspects of an individual- to understand why they behave and make decisions the way they do. How often do you consider their culture, values, upbringing, experiences they have been through? To understand these, you will have welcomed them and make them feel valued – included!!

CONGRATULATIONS to theSpring 2009 Executive CoachingGraduates…Coaching is becoming more and more widely recognized as a key element of successful executives' career strategies. WIT's Executive Coaching Program is a unique seven-part program. These women had the opportunity to work with leading industry professionals: experts in coaching, branding, marketing and media on how to create and package a
distinctive personal brand, how to promote oneself and become newsworthy, how to handle media attention, how best to position oneself and one's company. Achieving career success does not necessarily translate into visibility - being known for one's accomplishments helps establish true momentum and recognition. WIT's Executive Coaching Program focuses on one key component - visibility, for a participant and their company.
