Executive Biography Steve C. Wooten Vice President–Information Technology Steve C. Wooten is vice president–Information Technology, Dominion Resources Services Inc. He is responsible for IT applications development and support for Generation, Energy, Dominion Virginia Power, Questar and the Services Company. This includes business unit-specific, industrial control systems, and enterprise-wide applications. He also is responsible for IT infrastructure operations, infrastructure construction, and cyber security operations across Dominion, including data center operations, network operations, network and voice communications, database administration, web operations, workstation administration/support, and the IT Helpline. In addition, he oversees cyber security operations, including administering cyber security tools, as well as management of the 24/7 cyber security operations center and associated cyber events. Wooten joined Dominion in April 1987 as a financial analyst and has held numerous positions across Dominion and IT. He was named manager-IT Business Accounts in 2000 and promoted to director-IT Business Accounts (Delivery) in 2004 and director-IT Business Accounts (Generation) in 2007. He was named director-IT Enterprise Operations in 2011 and assumed expanded duties in 2015. He assumed his current post in January 2017. Wooten received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Longwood College. He serves as the coordinator and an instructor for the Powhatan 4H shooting team. December 2016
