PROCEDURE OF CANCELLATION OF AN EXCURSION

1. For excursion cancellation which is declared more than 48 hours prior the excursion, 70% of money will be refunded.

2. For excursion cancellation which is declared 48-24 hours prior the excursion, 50% of money will be refunded.

3. For excursion cancellation which is declared less than 24 hours prior the excursion, no money will be refunded.

4. For excursion cancellation due to its date change (weather conditions, technical reasons), no money will be refunded. Client has the right to choose the most convenient date for

him / her to exchange it for the other excursion. Money will be refunded only in case of earlier departure of the guests (departure earlier than new date of ordered excursion).

5. For individual excursion cancellation, no money will be refunded. Client has the right to change the date of individual excursion only 48 hours prior the excursion.

6. If cancellation is due to health reasons, all money will be refunded only with the presentation of a written documentation from a doctor. Exception: excursions with pay-ment of additional transportation (e.g. ferryboat ticket, plane ticket etc.). In such case, all amount of money except ticket cost will be refunded. For excursion cancellation which is declared 2 hours prior the pick-up from the hotel, no money will be refunded.

7. In any case money refund is not possible without returning to TEZ Tour service staff the original excursion voucher (the voucher given when an excursion is booked).

THE MAIN REGULATIONS OF RESIDENCE AND ACCOMMODATION

1. Standard check-in time is 14:00. If you arrive earlier to hotel you can leave your belongings in the reception and use the facilities of the hotel until the check-in. if there will be availability, hotel will provide room before 14:00.

2. As a rule, the check out should be done at 11-12:00 local time.

3. In case of a late departure (after 16:00), please, clarify one day before the information about services and meals provided after 12:00 by the hotel at the reception.

4. The day use service is done for extra pay regardless of check-in time. Please, clarify the price and availability of this service at the reception of the hotel of your stay.

If during your stay in Greece you need a doctor’s assistance, please, call the telephone number written on your insurance certificate. The operator will inform you on how to proceed. Only in case of this call will this service be free for you. If you face any difficulties during the connection with your insurance company, please, call our Guest Service department to assist you.
