A personal butler for every 5 staterooms Butlers are trained to the rigorous standards of the International Butler Academy (Netherlands) Butlers are dedicated exclusively to MSC YACHT CLUB guests 24 hours a day and provide the following services:

Priority check-in and check-out with the Butler team waiting to assist guests with luggage at the terminal, escort them to the dedicated line for priority check-in, and facilitate formalities during port calls

The Butler will unpack and pack suitcases on request

Meet & Greet service: private return transfers from airport to ship (on request and charges apply)

THE BUTLER SERVICE

The Butler will collect any laundry for washing, dry cleaning and ironing for same or next day delivery as requested (charges apply)

On MSC Fantasia, MSC Splendida, MSC Divina and MSC Preziosa the suites (from 25 sq. m to 53 sq. m)

have a double bed which can be converted into two single beds (on request, except in the suites for guests with

disabilities), air conditioning, ample wardrobe, bathroom with bathtub, interactive television, radio (available on

television channel), telephone, internet connection (with a fee), mini bar, safe.
