      Dynamic D+( $descri!ed in -F" 213& allo#s serers to dynamically update and create

    records in D+(. Dynamic D+( is used !y the Exchange serer to create serer records and other 

    entries used !y the Exchange (erers for things li%e message routing. ,n a simple Exchange

    organi/ation DD+( is not strictly necessary !ut ma%es administration much easier.

    . What is a !order serer?

      A !order serer is an Exchange serer that communicates #ith external serers. ,n a single

    serer organi/ation your serer is !y default a !order serer. ,n a multiserer configuration you

    may hae one or more dedicated serers that communicate directly or indirectly #ith foreign

    serers and then pass the mail to other internal Exchange serers.
