This is a home based role with a fair amount of travelling; you will occasionally be requested to attend their office in Brockhampton (between Hereford and Ross on Wye). Our client is seeking a professional individual who will take responsibility for increasing the company’s professional engagement, developing new business opportunities and ensuring the company’s message is conveyed in the right way to their clients. We are therefore, not looking for a full on ‘sales’ person, rather someone who will work closely with the owner of the business to assist with the shaping of the delivery proposition, ensuring the service provided is excellent. You will: Be responsible for shaping the way the services and messages are conveyed to Adviser firms and listen to their needs Handle incoming enquiries into the company and find new opportunities, so you will need to be confident and organised Work closely with all parts of the business; including client relationship, delivery of the service material and the support team, so a collegiate attitude is essential. You will have: Good understanding and knowledge of the Financial Services industry Excellent listening skills and strong consultative ability Ideally, previous experience of rolling out a service delivery proposition The ability to build good rapport with clients and develop long lasting relationships Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal A valid driving licence and car.
