Dear RCP Families and Friends, Thank you to the parents who attended our recent PTO and SAC meetings. These meetings provide parents with up-to-date news of our school and district. Please visit our school website to review meeting minutes from our monthly SAC meetings. Our students are busy mastering standards and working cooperatively to achieve their goals. Fifth grade students have been busy reviewing Science concepts and several students are busy preparing their Science Fair projects for entry into the District’s upcoming Science Fair in March. Be sure to mark your calendars for Saturday, February 9th as our Science teacher is busy preparing for the annual STEMtastic event to be held at the District office. More details to follow. Thank you for your continued support of the students and staff at Rayma C. Page! We believe the support of our parents plays a pivotal role in the academic success of our students. We are here to assist you and provide ideas for how you can support your child with homework, preparedness and achieving academic goals. You may call the school office or contact your child’s teacher via email to schedule a conference. Regards, Mrs. Sheckler

The Counselor’s Corner with Mrs. Sherman
The PBS Team is busy planning our Quarter 3 celebration for students who meet the school-wide SWIM expectations. Our character education word for February is Honesty. Traits of Honesty:
Telling the truth when someone asks you a question
Doing your own homework
Choosing not to take something that isn’t yours
Not stretching the truth or leaving out certain details to make what you are telling sound better
Admit you made a mistake

You can log into OverDrive via Launchpad at www.Launchpad.leeschools.net using your child’s account. Just look for the OverDrive icon in the instructional applications folder or add the OverDrive App to your mobile device. Need assistance?
