Hello,      I  am  so  sorry  to  hear  that  you  got  damaged  plate.    Sometimes  there  isn't  enough  bubble  wrap  to  deal  with  bad  handling  from  the  Postal  Service  or  Fed  Ex.        To  receive  replacements,  please  send  a  photo  of  the  damaged  items.    You  can  attach  it  to  an  Amazon  message  or  take  a  photo  with  your  cell  phone  and  text  it  to  me  personally  at  xxx-­‐xxx-­‐xxxx.    Please  include  your  name  and  address  so  I  can  look  up  your  order.    In  addition,  please  let  me  know  if  it's  an  accent  plate  (small  plate)  or  a  large  plate  (dinner  plate).        When  I  receive  your  photos,  I  input  a  replacement  order  within  24  hours  and  get  replacements  out  to  you.    Thank  you  for  your  patience  and  understanding.    Message  with  any  questions.      Best,    Laura  Baker
