A Brief History:• CoolRagz created by principals Sean Campbell and Robb Domnitz. • CoolRagz partner Robb Domnitz was living in Singapore with his family including two young children. • The daily heat struggles led Robb to search for a “Cool Solution” – a way to gain reprieve from the heat and humidity.• As a scientist, Robb ultimately found the solution and found the right supplier.

CoolRagz Background:• Headquartered in Las Vegas with offices in China. • Company majority owner is a woman. • China representative speaks both English and Mandarin.• Factories from Shenzen to Hangzhou with Shenzen being the only FDA approved factory in China.• Shipped by ocean liner to California, then Fed Ex to client. Allow 60 days. Can be shortened by air freight to destination.

• Price breaks occur at 25,000; 50,000; 100,000 and above.
