Test and Exam Days
Please study the Test and Exam Timetable carefully. Usually start at 8:30 A.M.Usually A.M. onlyWhen you have finished the last session, you may leave the school.

Arrive at the classroom 15 minutes before the start of the examination.There will not be perfects at the entrance. You will be marked late if you do not arrive at the classroom before the examination starts.No time will be given back if you are late.

All Tests & Exams (including Oral Exams) are strict attendance days.You must present medical certificate or you will be regarded as committing truancy.For causal leave, you must apply in advance.
Absence Case
There will not be re-exam for summative assessments (First Term Test, First Exam and Second Exam).Mark estimation is only possible when there is a summative assessment done before in the same academic year. (so there is no mark estimation for First Term Test).
Absence Case
For fairness, there is a reduction (say 80%, depending on reason of absence) for the estimated mark as estimation provided by the subject teachers.e.g. Subject teacher estimates you to get 80 marks. If reduction is 80%, you get 64 marks on report card.

You should not wear a smart watch or carry a mobile in your pocket or desk during the exam. Put it under your chair or in your school bag.Make sure your mobile phone/smart watch is turned off and will not give out sound.Breaking these rules will face mark penalty.

Toilet ArrangementIf you want to go to toilet during exam, raise your hand and ask the teacher.The teacher will call school office to send a janitor to the classroom.The janitor will go to the toilet with you. You can never go to the toilet alone.

You cannot borrow anything during the examination. If you forget to bring ruler, pencil, eraser, etc., you have to complete your work without them.Do not make any noise during the exam.Keep silent when the teacher collect your scripts. Teacher needs time to count the scripts. Leave only when the teacher tells you to do so.

Make use of your common sense. We cannot list out everything you cannot do. In general, if you do anything that
may get additional advantage, cause your classmates to lose mark,
you are already breaking examination regulation.

CCTV Recording
Process of exam and test may be recorded by CCTV to ensure fairness.Provide objective evidence when there is suspected cheating case.Footages will only be used when there is suspected cheating case. They will be deleted after the exam.
Scanning of scripts
Answer scripts will be scanned by computer without previous notice.If any student tries to manipulate the answer scripts during paper checking and claim for wrong marking, the case will be regarded as serious cheating.
