Our Training Objectives raise awareness of the potential of transnational workforce representation bodies spread the aims and positions of the trade unions and their federations discuss solidaric ways to jointly defend employees´ interests analyse strengths and weaknesses of the body show ways to improve the group´s work support the bodies in becoming an active player in the company bridge gaps between different backgrounds, systems, approaches, cultures, languages deliver inputs on topics the group has to deal with
