EvolvHealth gives you 10 ways to earn.

At any level in the Evolv Compensation Plan, an Independent

Distributor is able to purchase Evolv products at wholesale

for personal use and is allowed to retail the product to customers

and preferred customers for a profit. A $12 Retail Profit is

given on each case purchased by a Preferred Customer or

Retail Customer.

Retail & Preferred Customers Income

Business Builder Bonus*

Receive a special bonus when anyone you personally enroll

purchases Eight Cases of Evolv. The person who purchases

the 8 Cases will receive an additional case for free and the

sponsor will receive a bonus based on the 8 Case order.

Receive a Fast Start Bonus for any orders that are place by a

personally sponsored Distributor within a new Distributor’s

first 4 weeks, starting the day they join. In addition, you

can also receive Fast Start Bonuses up to two levels in depth

on personally sponsored distributors. You earn a 25% bonus

on your personally sponsored distributors and 10% on anyone

they sponsor and so on. The Fast Start Bonus does not pay out

on customer orders. Orders that are within the 1st four weeks

of a new distributor are not included in the Binary Cycle Volume.

However this volume is included in the DV4 and are used

for rank qualifications.

Commissions are paid weekly. Rank is based on the overall

volume generated within your two business legs over the

current week period and the previous week. Each case of Evolv

equals 40 PV in volume. You are paid in Cycles of 80 weakest leg

volume (WLV) – meaning that for each 80PV cycle you receive

$8-$10 depending on what your paid rank is. There is a maximum

of a $50,000 per week payout on the Weekly Volume Commission.

Your commission is paid only from the total volume amount from

your Lesser Volume Leg.

*Four Points In First Seven DaysTo achieve the full Business Builder and Fast Start Bonuses you must earn 4 points in your first 7 days.

Ways to earn points: • Sponsor Evolv Member – 1 point for each person sponsored • Sign up a Preferred Customer –1 point for each preferred customer - Register for to be an Evolv Community Member – 2 points - Register for Evolv Autoship – 2 points

At the Executive Director level and above you are eligible to

receive a matched percentage bonus of Binary earnings on

anyone you personally sponsor regardless of their position in your

genealogy. The matched percentage bonus is between 50% -

100% depending upon your rank level. The percentage match

is based on the first $5,000 in earnings. This bonus is paid

only on those who have received at least $100 in earnings.

At the Vice Presidential Director Level and above you are

eligible to receive a matched percentage bonus of Binary

earnings on your enrollment genealogy up to four levels in

depth. The matched percentage bonus is between 25% - 60%

depending upon their generational level and your rank level.

The percentage match is based on the first $5,000 in earnings.

Cash bonuses will be awarded as you achieve different rank

ranks. Starting at the Regional Executive Level and up through

the compensation plan at different levels.

Once you have achieve the Executive Director level you will

receive a $500 rank achievement bonus each time someone you

have personally sponsored achieves the Executive Director Level.

If you are not yet at the Executive Director level, the bonus will roll

up to the first Executive Director or above in your upline genealogy.

Be paid at the Presidential Director level for 12 consecutive weeks

to qualify for the BENZ Car Program. In addition, you must have one

personally sponsored Executive Partner and $175,000 DV4. You will

receive up to an $800/month bonus check for your car payment.

Be paid at the Presidential Director level for 12 consecutive weeks

and have 3 personally sponsored partners who have qualified for

the BENZ Program to qualify for the BENTLEY Program. You will

receive up to a $2,000/ month bonus check for your car payment.

8EvolvDNA Coded Bonus

Once you achieve the Regional Executive Level you are eligible

to receive a coded bonus on distributors below you. In simple

terms, every person you sponsor and they sponsor, and so

on, are coded to your ID number. When you reach Regional

Executive, and are paid as a Regional Executive, you will be

paid 2% on all CV that is created by everyone that has been

coded to you. At the Regional Executive, the system generates

a new code and for each new person you sponsor, and who they

sponsor and so on will have a new code attached to all of them.

At the rank of Executive Director, you unlock another code bonus

and now receive 1% of all CV from everyone with the new code

and 1% from everyone in your original code. Once again you

have a new code that will be attached to anyone you sponsor

and so on.

The next Coded Bonuses are 1% and are unlocked at the

Presidential Director level, the Global Presidental level and the

Visionary Ambassador level.

FOUR personally sponsored active legs; two are at minimum a qualified Managing Executive. Must achieve 5,000 (DV4*) in downline volume that is accumulated from the current week and previous 3 weeks. Must have a minimum of 160 PV in sales – equals 4 cases. Qualify for retail sales, you now max out on the fast start bonus of 25% on anyone you personal sponsor, 10% on anyone they sponsor and 10% on anyone they sponsor. Receive 11% of binary commission volume up to a maximum of $1,000 weekly pay out from Lesser Leg Volume. New Regional Executive receives a $200 one time cash bonus and receives a 2% DNA Coded Bonus.

FOUR personally sponsored Managing Executives; two are at least a qualified Senior Executive. Must achieve 10,000 (DV4*) in downline volume that is accumulated from the current week and previous 3 weeks. Must have a minimum of 160 PV in sales – equals 4 cases. Qualify for retail sales, fast start bonus of 25% on anyone you personally sponsor 10% on the next two levels. Receive 12% of binary commission volume up to a maximum of $2,000 weekly pay out from Lesser Leg Volume.

Receive 12%of binary commission volume up to a maximum of $50,000 weekly pay out from Lesser Leg Volume. You now receive a Check Match Bonus of 50% of anyone you personally enrolled – up to a maximum of $2,500 per enrollee per week. Receive a one time rank bonus of $500 and add a new level of DNA Coded Bonus of 1%.

FIVE personally sponsored Managing Executives, TWO that are at minimum a qualified Principal Executive. Must achieve 40,000, (DV4*) in downline volume that is accumulated from the current week and previous 3 weeks. Must have a minimum of 160 PV in sales – equals 4 cases. Qualify for retail sales, fast start bonus of 25% on anyone you personally sponsor 10% on the next two levels. Receive 12% of binary commission volume up to a maximum of $50,000 weekly pay out from Lesser Leg Volume. You now receive a Check Match Bonus of 75% of anyone you personally enrolled and 25% of the next downline Executive Director or above – up to a maximum of $3,500 per enrollee per week. Receive a $500 matching bonus every time a person in your downline becomes a Executive Director.

FIVE personally sponsored Managing Executives, TWO that are at minimum a qualified Executive Director. Must achieve 100,000 (DV4*) in downline volume that is accumulated from the current week and previous 3 weeks. Must have a minimum of 160 PV in sales – equals 4 cases. Qualify for retail sales, fast start bonus of 25% on anyone you personally sponsor 10% on the next two levels. Receive 12% of binary commission volume up to a maximum of $50,000 weekly pay out from Lesser Leg Volume. You now receive a Check Match Bonus of 100% of anyone you personally enrolled and 35% of the next downline Executive Director or above and 25% on the next Executive Director – up to a maximum of $5,000 per enrollee per week.You receive a $500 matching bonus every time a person in your downline becomes a Executive Director. Have SIX personal ly sponsored Execut ive Director ’s and TWO Presidential Directors. Must achieve 500,000 (DV4*) in downline volume that is accumulated from the current week and previous 3 weeks. Must have a minimum of 160 PV in sales – equals 4 cases. Qualify for retail sales, fast start bonus of 25% on anyone you personally sponsor 10% on the next two levels. Receive 12% of binary commission volume up to a maximum of $50,000 weekly pay out from Lesser Leg Volume. You now receive a Check Match Bonus of 100% of anyone you personally enrolled and 60% of the next downline Executive Director or above, 50% on the next Executive Director and 40 and 25% on the next two levels – up to a maximum of $5,000 per enrollee per week. You receive a $500 matching bonus every time a person in your downline becomes a Executive Director. You also receive another 1% DNA Coded Bonus.

BENZ and BENTLEY Car Program

EvolvHealth wants your business success to be recognized

everywhere you go. What better way to do that with international

symbols of success, cars from MERCEDES-BENZ and BENTLEY

Motors? Presidential Partners are above are eligible to receive

a monthly Car Award based on their monthly qualifications.

BENZ Program

You must be a paid at the Presidential Director level for

12 consecutive weeks to qualify for the BENZ Car Program.

In addition, you must have one personally sponsored Executive

Partner and have $175,000 DV4.

You will receive up to a $800 per month bonus check for your

car payment.

BENTLEY Program

You must be a paid at the Presidential Director level for

12 consecutive weeks a n d h a v e t h r e e p e r s o n a l l y

sponsored partners who have qualified for the BENZ Program to

qualify for the BENTLEY Program.

You will receive up to a $2,000 per month bonus check for your

car payment.

How it works

Any Presidential Partner or above who is qualified to receive the

Car Award simply needs to purchase or lease a company-approved

car and submit the specified paperwork to EvolvHealth. Once the

paperwork is approved, the Partner begins receiving the award.

(There is no award for any qualifying months that did not receive

final approval from EvolvHealth.)

If the Presidential Partner or above fails to qualify at any of the

Car Award levels (after their initial qualifications) but is paid

as a Presidential Partner, then they will receive 75% of the

BENZ Program Award. If the Presidential Partner or above fails

to qualify at any of the Car Award levels (after their initial

qualifications) but is paid as a Executive Partner, then they will

receive 50% of the BENZ Program Award.

If the Presidential Partner or above fails to qualify at any of the

Car Award levels (after their initial qualifications) but is paid as

an Executive Director, then they will not receive any Car Award in

that period. If they are paid as an Executive Partner or lower for

3 consecutive periods, then they must meet the full qualifications

again before they may receive any Car Award.
