The Eulogy of the Judges

It is necessary to be careful about quick qualifiers of litigious (hostile orbelligerent) to anyone who comes forward calling to the doors ofjustice demanding help against the prepotency or bad faith of others;and, to be happy - but blinded - when judicial statistics are telling usthat the legal struggles are decreasing. If sometimes the trend to thelitigious conflict reveals obscure antisocial instincts, it is also true thatmoving forward to the courts shows a firm decision to defend thesocial order against those who threaten it, and a healthy trust in theadministration of justice.
