if everything is connected that means success in one place leads to success in otherones and growth in one area can drive out large cumulative returns everywhere

growing complexity means greater connectedness and small changes in one placecan lead to big ones elsewhere. similarly, failure in one can trigger failureseverywhere

leadership's purpose or holy grail ...Like no two employees are the same - no two bosses are either.

And being a boss isn't for everyone. Attention to the bigger pictureis important but losing sight of the small things can be

catastrophic. Leadership's ultimate purpose is to align, developand mobilise people with the fabric of the business (technology

and business processes) to meet with strategies or growthexpectations
