SHIPPING: We generally ship orders within 24 hours. For orders received before 1:00 pm, upon request, we will make everyeffort to ship that same day. Certain products cannot ship by air service and may take longer. Larger orders are shipped bycommon carrier. Next day air and other expedited delivery services are available at additional cost. Mayflower pays thefreight on most orders over $250.00. Certain bulky or heavy products are subject to higher minimum order requirements forfree shipping (check with customer service for details). For orders under $250.00, the shipping charges are added to theinvoice. Please call customer service for information on orders shipping outside the continental United States.

RETURNS & DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: We gladly replace defective merchandise with the same or like merchandise ifreturned within 180 days of purchase. However, we cannot replace products that have been misused (including balloonsthat have been punctured or cut). We will also gladly credit you for shipping mistakes when notified within 10 days of receiptof order. We are unable to honor claims not made within those time periods. We may accept returns of other stock mer -chandise only with our advance authorization and subject to a 15% restocking charge. Whenever returning merchandise,please contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RMA). This number must be clearly marked on the outside of eachpackage. Returns without RMA's are refused and deductions from invoices without authorization may cause the account tobe placed on hold. Mayflower limits its warranty for defective merchandise to return and replacement of said merchandise.We are not liable for any other damages or claims.
