About Our Rates How does the rate chart work?

Each event shows the rates for different size groups. Simply find the correct column for your group size,

and multiply that rate times the number of people in your group. That’s it! No other fees, taxes or charges

(unless we’re traveling or doing custom work).

What if my group is smaller or larger than what’s listed?

In most cases, if your group is under 12 people then a flat rate applies.

If your group is over 300, we will provide you with a custom rate. Give us a call- it will only take a moment.

Why are your rates so good?

Because we’re actually based right here in Atlanta. Our rates are not padded to include the cost of flying in

staff and materials for every event. You get a fully facilitated event for much less than the out-of-town com-

panies, who often pretend that they’re local.

EVENT CATEGORIES

We work hard to make sure that all of our programs help teams be better than ever, while still

being fun. But different events have a different amount of fun, content, interaction, and activity.

Here are the four main categories our events are grouped by:

TEAM SKILLS: High content workshops. Pages

These programs are delivered in a workshop format. Participants learn information on

collaboration, brainstorming, etc. then engage in small group discussions and applica-

tion exercises. We also incorporate some fun hands-on projects to ensure that people

are fully involved and enjoying the process.

TEAM FUN: High-energy exciting activities.

These events are all about having fun while being creative, competitive, and outra-

geous. Some are very active, some are mostly seated, but all of them are a great time.

The goal is to spark a team’s enthusiasm, refresh them after a long meeting, or reward

them for their hard work.

TEAM WORK: Interactive learning experiences.

Our hands-on teamwork projects and challenges help teams to implement and prac-

tice teamwork in a practical way. This “experiential education” approach is perfect for

teams that need practice applying and improving the ideas that they know, but may

In this fun and high energy event, teams learn specific skills

for team communication and listening through a series of

A Tasting Race

In this amazing race corporate event, teams solve clues to

Murder Mystery Dinner

Our murder mystery is a great way to liven up your dinner,

cocktail hour or reception while maintaining a teamwork com-

ponent. Nine of your participants become characters for the

mystery, without needing to memorize a single line. Everyone

in the room works in small groups to solve clues, answer triv-

ia and complete other challenges. In order to win, a team will

Our Portable Escape Room gives teams a chance to work

Furious Birds

In Furious Birds, teams demonstrate their creativity, tenacity

and flexibility as they use an assortment of materials to de-

sign and assemble an awe-inspiring and effective catapult.

Then they face off against another team and attempt to de-

molish the competition’s fortress by feverishly launching their

birds at the defenders. The teamwork activities in this event

have many powerful lessons, wrapped in an incredibly fun

and high energy format.

Team Networking

Participants work through a series of challenges to earn

points individually, based on how well their team does. Be-

Hotel Hunt

This scavenger hunt event is an ideal break-out activity to get

your group mingling at your venue. Teams will be sent on a

mission to unlock tasks and challenges using image recogni-

tion software on their tablet. Teams will answer questions,

finish tasks and complete photo and video challenges

throughout your venue. Client-themed challenges and trivia

can also be included to make this an impactful conference

activity as well as a fun hotel scavenger hunt.

Movin’ On Up

Teams make the tallest tower they can while dealing with an

abundance of changes from the customer. Teams need to

make quick decisions while also keeping accurate records of

costs and profits. Each team is responsible for their own pro-

ject, but the city council will only approve the project if every

team meets the design requirements. Will your team support

each other or go it alone? An important lesson in the need to

break out of silos and engage with other functions.

Bridging The Gap

Teams build bridges from a selection of everyday materials.

However, each team’s bridge must also link up with another

team. Teams must also stay under budget and complete their

section before the deadline. Each bridge must pass a rigor-

ous strength test, and then all of the bridges are tested for

alignment and synchronization. This game challenges team

vision and planning when confronted with a multi-team task.

Driven To Succeed

In this fun, hands-on teamwork activity, teams design and

build a vehicle from an assortment of materials. They must

meet certain design parameters while staying within their

budget. Then their vehicle will compete against other teams

to try and outperform them and earn the biggest bonus. But

the client has some needs that will not be met if teams stay in

their organizational silos. Team take-aways focus on how to

solve problems in a group, and work collaboratively.

Catapult To Success

In this fun, hands-on catapult team building, teams try to de-

liver an assortment of products to various client locations.

Products and locations have different rewards and different

risks. Teams must design and build their delivery system, and

then determine which opportunities are the best option for

their team. But the client wants complete coverage, so all of

the teams will need to collaborate and orchestrate their efforts

Toy Raiders

Teams of 8-10 participants work their way through the arche-

ological site of an ancient temple to obtain the parts for a

child’s toy. The challenges are a combination of proven tab-

end of the charity team building, each team will assemble

Some Assembly Required

Teams of 5-11 people construct a project that will be donated

to a local children’s charity. Teams must organize the differ-

ent functions of engineering, inventory, and assembly, while

dealing with different restrictions on their communication and

departmental movements. This program effectively merges

teamwork skills and breaking down silos in the workplace with

a meaningful charity team building event.

Wheelchair Challenge

Teams of 8-10 participants work their way through the arche-

ological site of an ancient temple to obtain the parts for a

child’s toy. The challenges are a combination of proven tab-

letop problem-solving initiatives and mental challenges that

will help your team identify optimum teamwork skills. At the

end of the charity team building, each team will assemble

their toy and get it ready to donate. The goal of donating a toy

is a great metaphor for staying focused on the big picture.

Juggernaut

A Juggernaut is an unstoppable force, and this challenge

Furious Birds

In Furious Birds, teams demonstrate their creativity, tenacity

and flexibility as they use an assortment of materials to de-

sign and assemble an awe-inspiring and effective catapult.

Then they face off against another team and attempt to de-

molish the competition’s fortress by feverishly launching their

birds at the defenders. The teamwork activities in this event

have many powerful lessons, wrapped in an incredibly fun

and high energy format.

2 Hours Go-Kart 500

Teams create the fastest, most original go-kart they can out

of a selection of materials that offer a wide range of possibili-

ties. Their problem solving, creativity and other teamwork

skills are proven as participants race their vehicles, powered

by fellow team mates, through a unique course. This team-

work project turns racing completely around so that it involves

the whole team in the race to the finish line.

Outbreak

This adventure course illustrates the importance of good

planning, communication, and utilization of resources in order

to achieve team success. Your team leads an important re-

covery mission to several sites that contain toxic items that

need to be retrieved. When they arrive at each location, they

will find unique teamwork challenges they must engineer a

solution to, using only their teamwork skills and the resources

they decided to bring with them.

Expedition

Your team heads into the jungle on an important rescue mis-

sion. Team members use a map, compass and GPS to find

several sites that contain valuable items that need to be re-

trieved. When they arrive at each location, they will find a

unique challenge that they must engineer a solution to, using

only the resources that they have decided to bring with them

and their teamwork skills. This challenge course style pro-

gram develops teamwork in a fun way.

EXCLUSIVE HUNTS AT EVERGREEN

Evergreen Hunt

This scavenger hunt event is an ideal break-out activity to get

your group mingling at your venue. Teams will be sent on a

mission to unlock tasks and challenges using image recogni-

tion software on their tablet. Teams will answer questions,

finish tasks and complete photo and video challenges

throughout your venue. Client-themed challenges and trivia

can also be included to make this an impactful conference

activity as well as a fun hotel scavenger hunt.

The Crossroads Dash

Teams race around Stone Mountain Park, starting and finish-

ing at the Evergreen Conference Center. In this high-energy

program, teams solve clues that take them to exotic locations

all around the park, but with an international flair. At each

location, they tackle a fun, destination-themed challenge as

quickly as they can before moving on to their next mission.

The winner is the team that finishes with the most points,

which keeps everyone engaged right up until the exciting end.

Lost Civil War Gold

During the battle of Stone Mountain in 1864 the confederacy

hid the last of their national treasure as they fled Sherman’s

march through the South. Hidden in great secrecy, only a few

people knew about the treasure, and each person only had

one piece of the puzzle that led to its location. Teams need to

solve clues as they race other teams to the treasure, but only

collaborating with the competition will guarantee having

enough information to win.

There’s no stopping to ask for directions in this outdoor treas-

ure hunt! The team is taught how to use a map, GPS, com-

pass and other tools (known as orienteering) in order to find

as many hidden sites as they can. Along the way, they have

other fun brainteasers, trivia, and photo challenges to tackle,

and some facilitated hands-on challenges. Each team sets

their own pace, so this event is great for groups with a variety

of ages and physical abilities.
