GETTING STARTED

STEP 1 DOWNLOADING THE EVERBEAT APP

1. Launch the App Store. 3. Download the App.2. Search for everbeat daily heart...

1. Open your invita�on email. Click the link to create a password.

3. Launch the everbeat app. Enter your email and thepassword you created.

2. Enter and confirm your password.

STEP 2 SETTING UP YOUR ACCOUNT

STEP 3 PAIRING THE EVERBEAT WATCH

1. Press the menu “ “ in the top le� corner

3. Select the everbeatwatch

2. Under SETTINGS select “Connect”

4. Allow Everbeat access to Bluetooth

5. The Bluetooth symbol on the watch should be solid and not blinking

STEP 4 USING THE EVERBEAT BLOOD PRESSURE CUFF

1. Press the “+” in the top right corner.

3. Put the cuff on. Press “Take With Bluetooth”.

2. Select “Blood Pressure”.

4. Press the blue bu�on on the cuff to start the measurement. The cuff will inflate.

BLOOD PRESSURE MEASURING TIPS

1. Sit as s�ll as possible.

2. Keep both arms relaxed and breathing normally.

3. Once the cuff is deflated, the measurement will appear and be saved automa�cally.

4. Remove the cuff.

STEP 5 TAKING AN ECG

1. Press the “+” in the top right corner.

3. Press “Start”.2. Select “Heart Monitoring”.

4. Place your finger firmly on the metal contact.

5. The recording will start. When the ECG is complete, remove your finger. The ECG is automa�cally saved.

ECG RECORDING TIPS

1. Push the watch towards your elbow so it fits snugly on your wrist.

2. Moisten your finger touching the metal contact and moisten the skin under the watch for be�er results.

3. Keep both arms relaxed and stay as s�ll as possible while breathing normally.

4. Keep your finger firmly on the metal contact for the en�re dura�on of the recording.

STEP 6 SETTING UP MEDICATION REMINDERS

1. Press the “+” in the top right corner.

3. Select “Add a Reminder”.

2. Select Reminders under MEDICAL.

4. Select “Medica�on Reminder”.

6. Manage all reminders inthe “Reminders” page.

5. Fill in details. Press “Add” to fill in �me and frequency of no�fica�ons. Press “Save/ Ac�vate Reminder”.
