Bookings are accepted on behalf of the school or college and they arerequested to act as guarantors for the event. Adult supervision is required inthe form of two teachers/ responsible adults per 60 students.Prices are based on minimum numbers of 80 guests.We operate a strict alcohol control system and no alcohol will be served toanyone appearing under the age of 25 without a suitable form of I.D. Anyperson under the age of 18 who appears to be under the influence of alcoholwill be asked to leave immediately.Confirmation in writing is required for all bookings with a non-refundable,non-transferable 10% deposit for the event (based on estimated costings).Bookings will only be accepted when underwritten by school or college,individual bookings will not be accepted by under 18’s.On receipt of a deposit, a full contract will be issued with full terms andconditions for the event for both parties.All offers are subject to availability.
