reunions, showers, weddings, receptions, meetings and anything your heart desires.

Facility and Rates

Spaces can be rented for any kind of event- Classes, Parties, Weddings, Reunions,Receptions, Workshops, Meetings and more.

Our main hall is 50’ x 48’ . This space can be configured in many ways. We canaccommodate up to 200 guests at round tables, and 250 plus seated theater style.

Banquet Rate: Friday, Saturday and Sunday events- 3 hour minimum $75 / hour $25 / hour set up and break down

$500 / full day Each hour past midnight is an additional $100 per hour .

Price includes tables, chairs, white or black table cloths, use of sound system, kitchen, and one attendant.

Those wishing to rent our facility on a regular basis would need to contact facility director.

Meeting Rate: available any weekday- The space is available for Breakfast and lunchevents between the hours of 7:00 am and 2:00 pm - $50 / hour -no minimum-

$15 / hour set upPrice includes tables, chairs, white or black table cloths, use of sound system, kitchen

and one attendant.

Children’s Birthday Party- 10 :00 am - 4:00 pm - Saturday or Sunday. $50 / hour - nominimum.

$15 / hour setup and break down. If you would like to have a birthday party oustide ofthese hours please refer to the Banquet Rate.

Price includes tables, chairs, white or black table cloths, use of sound system, kitchen and one attendant.

Special Custom Birthday party packages are also available.

Catering Kitchen- The Catering Kitchen is available to use during any party for no additional charge. Because we do not charge for access to the kitchen, we ask thatyou clean up after yourself. The kitchen has access to a wide hall that flows into themain room. This allows for catering carts to be moved easily. Please make sure to

remove all items from the kitchen area prior to departing. Anything left in the refrigerator will be disposed of after your party. Our kitchen is stocked with items youmay need such as a bottle opener, corkscrew, coffee maker, serving utensils, etc. The

catering kitchen contains a microwave, stove, oven, and refrigerator.

Small Studio- The small studio is 18 x 24. The room may be added on for use duringyour party. Some ideas for its use are- photo room, brides lounge, buffet tables, child

care during your party. This room has a mirrored wall and its own sound system. Add on price $30 per party

Piano Room- The Piano Room is a very small space. It can be used as a dressing areaor storage for your event.

Add on price $10 per party

Waiting room- The Waiting Room 11 x 24 is a nice space to welcome guests, use as agrooms room, gift room, etc.

Add on price $20 per party

OTHERAlcoholic Beverages: You may provide your own liquor, wine, champagne, and beer.

It cannot be sold.

Technical Equipment: For your convenience we have TVs, DVD players, Wireless Internet, Microphones and more.

Catering: You may bring in your own food or use the caterer of your choice. We can provide a list of great caterers for your perusal.

DJ and bands: Eclectic Vibe Centre can provide DJ services for your event. Add on Price $150/ 2 hours

$50 each addtl. hourWe ask that bands bring their own equipment. We have a list of bands and

musical groups.

Eclectic Vibe Centre can also provide entertainment, special dance choreography,custom party favors and more. Ask us about your needs.

Important Information

Policies

Deposit: A $100 deposit is due prior to any event. We do not hold dates until a deposit is made. The deposit will be applied to the party balance.

Payment: The entire party balance is due no later than one week prior to your party. Sales tax will be added to all parties.

Damages and Lost Items: Eclectic Vibe Centre will not assume responsibility for damage or loss of any merchandise or articles left behind. The organization

or individual contracting with Eclectic Vibe Centre shall be responsible for any damage done to the premises by their guests during the event.

Discounts

We offer a discount to those who book regularly with us. We offer a 10% discount to those who book two parties within a year. 15% for three parties,and 20% off for four parties plus within a one year period.

Hands off Parties

Totally Custom Parties: You bring the food, drinks, and cake and we willhandle the rest including invitations. Come up with your dream theme andsee it come to life at Eclectic Vibe Centre. We can do dress up clothes, art,party favors, entertainment, sweet sixteens, learning parties and more. Callus with your ideas and we will give you a quote.

Painting Parties: Choose your painting from our wideselection. 10 person minimum/ 50 person max. Eachpainter is $25. Hostess paints free. All supplies are included. Bring your own wine and snacks.

Make and Take Cosmetics Party: Make lotion, chapstick or lip gloss, soap, and perfume. Scent your products with essential oils and design thepackaging. 2 hour party -$175 - 15 people max/ eachadditional person is $10. No charge for those not participating. This party is only available on Saturdayor Sunday between the hours of 10am and 4pm
