HOW IT WORKS

eventkts is a customizable solution, so you’ll start-off having a direct conversation with a dedicated project manager. Be ready to provide us with your basic registration information:

• Main event website, graphics, and templates• General event information• Desired subdomain or vanity URL• Ticket types, pricing, and quantities• Payments account integration• Administrative user information and administrative access levels• Optional enhanced features

Once we receive the basic event information, we set-up the online registration system for you on a non-public website for your review, feedback and change requests.

Upon approval, you place a link on your website and we turn the registration system “live” (viewable to the public) by activating your desired event web address.

Once live, you can start tracking registrations and sales.

Depending on the payments processing method you select, you will get your funds on a per transaction, daily or weekly basis. Ticket purchases and any other registration activities will generate an automated e-mail confirming registrants’ barcoded event ticket (which they can print at home/work and bring to the event) or change request.

Registrants will have the ability to log-in after their initial purchase to view and reprint their tickets, see event-specific information, and submit any customer support issues.

On the event days, registrants bring their barcoded tickets for check-in using your own system (with the exported registration data) or by using eventkts On-Site Check-In and Registration Desk solution. Did they forget to bring their barcoded ticket? No problem. Those who forget to bring their tickets can either reprint on-site through self-service internet-enabled kiosk stations (with printer) and/or at a ticket information/customer service counter.

Based on user-level settings, your event organizers and administrators can do real-time exports of the event registrations and sales using various event filters.
