What is the Old Fashioned Christmas Fair?

In its 29th year, the Park County Old Fashioned Christmas Fair will draw over 1,000 shoppers, nearly 100 vendors, numerous nonprofit agencies and children to the Park County Fairgrounds. This large, indoor craft fair features hundreds of hand-made items by local and visiting vendors, specific for the holiday season.

• Nearly 100 vendors under one roof in over 12,000 square feet of space in the Exhibit Building and Dining Room.

• In the nearby Rabbit Poultry barn, you’ll find Santa’s Workshop with activities including a Christmas-themed photo booth, a visit with Santa Claus, and face painting. We’ll have a half-dozen craft stations for the kiddos to create gifts for family members and friends. Every child who visits will leave with their own hand made creation.

• Breakfast and lunch concessions consisting of the Commissioner’s Pancake breakfast and a Chili and Cinnamon Roll feed, both of these delicious meals will be served by local nonprofits with a portion of the proceeds going directly to their programs.

Sponsorship Opportunities and Recognition Sponsorship opportunities are very limited, secure your spot today. The deadline to purchase your sponsorship is November 7, 2019.

What you get. Sponsors will receive the benefits specific to the opportunity they purchase as listed below. Additionally, sponsors will receive an acknowledgement of support in post-event advertising in the Livingston Enterprise, a final report summarizing the outcome of the event and the return on investment. Sponsors will also receive that good feeling that comes from knowing that their sponsorship directly benefits the Fairgrounds and Parks Department and our nonprofit partners.

Presenting Sponsor: $1,000 (only 1 available). Your company name and logo will appear as presenting sponsor, which will be the headline for all event advertising including a ½ page ad in the event program, radio ads, print media (newsprint, event poster), social media, promotion on our new digital marquee for 7 days prior to the event, plus your logo and/or coupon on the back of 1,500 custom printed entry/door prize tickets.

Photo Booth: $600 (only two available). Your logo will appear as sponsor on the photo strips, be included on the event poster and program, be promoted in a minimum of two (2) posts on social media and included in Santa’s Workshop.

Santa’s Workshop: $250 (only 5 available). Your logo will appear as a sponsor of Santa’s Workshop, which includes family-friendly activities like Face Painting, visits with Santa, keepsake photos in the Photo Booth, Pin the Nose on Rudolf, and crafts like ornament and Christmas card making, cookie and flower pot decorating. Every child will leave with a finished craft(s) they made, a strip of photos, their face painted by a professional face painting artist and memories that will last a lifetime.

Mrs. Claus’s Kitchen Sponsor: $100.00 (only 5 available). Your logo will appear on the event poster and program, and in a minimum of two (2) social media posts. It will also be posted at the kitchen service windows. Menu options include the Commissioner’s Pancake Breakfast, Chili and Cinnamon Roll luncheon, and the delicious Christmas delights including Wassail and Cookies.

Reindeer Bucks: No Limit to Your Giving (unlimited). Each Reindeer Buck is equivalent to $1.00 and can be used as currency at Mrs. Claus’s Kitchen, to cover the entry fee into Santa’s Workshop ($5) or the Old Fashioned Christmas Fair ($1). Your logo will appear on the number of Reindeer Bucks equal to your sponsorship (i.e. $100 sponsorship = 100/$1 Reindeer Bucks). Reindeer Bucks will be distributed to the schools and local nonprofits serving low income families.

Door Prize Sponsor: Donation of merchandise equal to or greater than $100 (only 3 available for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners). Your logo will appear on the event poster and program, in a minimum of two (2) social media posts, and when announcing the winner.

When fully executed, this document will establish an agreement between Park County, herein after referred to as “Christmas Fair” and the sponsoring business or organization referred to as “The Sponsor” in support of the 2019 Christmas Fair event in Livingston, Montana.

The Sponsor agrees to pay Christmas Fair as indicated above.

In consideration of the payment above, The Sponsor shall receive appropriate acknowledgement as a sponsor of the 2019 Christmas Fair at the level indicated on the Christmas Fair Event Sponsorship Opportunities and Recognition page.

The final decision regarding placement and/or juxtaposition of sponsor(s) logo shall rest with Christmas Fair. When future Christmas Fairs are scheduled, The Sponsor shall have the right of first refusal on continuing its sponsorship of this event.

It is understood and agreed that the entire agreement between Christmas Fair and the Sponsor is contained herein and that this document supersedes all previous written and oral agreements, and negotiations relating to the event sponsorship herein detailed. Any modification of this document shall be made in writing. The agreement is to be construed under the laws of the state of Montana.

If this document correctly states your understanding of our agreement, please sign and date two copies and return to Morgan Squires (contact info above). A fully executed copy will be returned to you for your records.
