Our menus are designed to provide you and your guests with the best possible dining experience atAQUA. Chef Kevin Benner continues to impress us with his culinary vision and true love of creatingthe perfect meal. With him in the kitchen and our private dining team at your service, we will work
with you to customize the perfect menu tailored to your event needs.
MAIN DINING ROOM MENUThe main dining room menu is available to parties of 13 guests, or less. This is the same menu that isoffered in our restaurant. Parties of this size may also have the option of preselecting a limited
menu, or appetizers for guest to enjoy upon arrival.
LIMITED MENUA limited menu is required for parties of 14 to 50 guests. This menu is customizable and allowsguests to choose their entrée onsite. You may choose up to 3 entrées that will be printed on acustom menu for guests to order from upon sitting for dinner. Your choice of 2-4 appetizers, one
starter course, and one dessert will be preselected prior to arrival.
SET MENUA set menu is required for parties of 50 guests, or larger. This menu is pre-set and requires entréepre-counts of each item on your selected menu. If you are unable to provide exact entrée counts,you have the option of a duet entrée. See our “Specialty of the House Entrée Combination Plates”section for selections. Your choice of 2-4 appetizers, one starter course, and one dessert will be
preselected prior to arrival.
RECEPTIONThis menu style is available to all parties. Choose from our variety of appetizers which can be tray
passed, or set out buffet style. All appetizers will be selected in advance. There is limitedavailability for ordering additional appetizers the night of the event, though we do our best to
accommodate onsite requests.
CHEF’S TASTING MENUAvailable to all parties. This 5-course menu is designed by Chef to give you tasting portions of our
signature dishes. Our sommelier is happy to pair wines for an added experience.

MAIN DINING ROOM BUYOUTSIf you are looking for an exclusive
private dining experience, our main dining room is thepremier selection. Our entire restaurant is available to
reserve for your event day or night.
RESERVATION PROCEDURESWe offer a 48-hour courtesy hold on all of our private diningrooms. A signed contract with a credit card must bereturned within 72 hours to guarantee your reservation androom. Private dining and large party reservations are subjectto food and beverage minimums and room charges.
Deposits are not required with the exception of restaurantbuyouts and holiday reservations which require anon-refundable deposit equal to 25% of the food andbeverage minimum upon booking. The deposit will beapplied towards the final bill.
Cancellations occurring less than 14 days in advance may beassessed a non-refundable cancellation fee. Please note,restaurant buyouts and holiday reservations are subject todifferent cancellation policies.
TAXES & SERVICE CHARGEAll food and beverage items are subject to 22% taxableservice charge and 10.1% sales tax. Event rentals and audiovisual equipment are subjust to 10.1% sales tax. AQUA by ElGaucho rentains the full service charge and distributes it toemployees in the form of wages, commissions, benefits andotherwise entirely at AQUA by El Gaucho’s discretion, inaccord with the agreements and understandings that it hasin place with its employees.
MENU SELECTIONSOur private dining team is happy to assist with selectingyour menu items. Please review our “Menu Planning” pagefor recommendations and requirements. We ask that youfinalize your menu 10 business days prior to your event. Aminimum guaranteed guest count is due 3 business daysprior to your event. Menu prices do not include 10.1% salestax or 22% taxable service charge.
